North Jakarta Hotels with Swimming Pools

I had an excellent stay at éL Hotel Jakarta, where modern design and exceptional service made for a truly memorable experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Jakarta, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed and great city views. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel’s amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and delicious dining options, added to the overall experience. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend éL Hotel Jakarta for a luxurious and seamless stay.

While our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage. Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient. If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

Booked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors. I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website. The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging. Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages. Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm. Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

Location was very convenient n accessible to everywhere. Staff were all very polite n friendly. The lounge area at the 9th floor was very pathetic and not cozy enough. Room was great except for missing lights near the table area which was dim especially during the night Please install some light near the table n TV area. Breakfast selection was very limited as well. Will stay at this hotel when we come the next time.

Clean. Comfy. Put DND at the door, they slipped a note under the door saying they didn’t make the room and would do it upon request. So nice

Apart from the facilities, the hotel is fine for a 3 stars. The facilities are dated, they are spacious and has a good balcony view of the lake. But every time one walks into the room to you have the strong old carpet smell from cigarettes smoke. The gym equipments are really dated and some of the dumbbells have rusts on them. Equipments looks like a last century gym.

The hotel is clean, organized, and the rooms are nice...I really liked the pool as well. Three things that I didn't like were the following: The location was not good since the surrounding area is not pleasant and not near the tourist attractions, 2-the fridge quality was very bad and didn't work, and 3- the gym was under maintenance.

Stayin only 1 night for a concert in Beach City International Stadium. Only take 3 KM by walking. Location is strategic, easy to find cab, accomodate by free shuttle bus (wira wiri), spacious parking area (free). The staff are very nice, very helpful & kind 🙏👍. The room is clean, neat. Bathroom is fine, clean & complete amenities. I just didnt expect the swimming pool is full of kids, but its fine. Thanks Mercure Hotel 🙏🙏👍

No frill hotel. For the price it deliver more value. Best if u going expo cos they have shuttle bus. Service is good everyone is friendly. Will stay again if need to go expo

The location is very good. For those who travel frequently, I think this hotel is good. It is clean and tidy with no odor. The price is worth it for a hotel in this area. There is also a refrigerator and a washing machine available.
