North Jakarta Hotels with Swimming Pools

I had an excellent stay at éL Hotel Jakarta, where modern design and exceptional service made for a truly memorable experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Jakarta, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed and great city views. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel’s amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and delicious dining options, added to the overall experience. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend éL Hotel Jakarta for a luxurious and seamless stay.

While our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage. Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient. If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

The facilities are well-maintained, offering everything from comfortable rooms to great amenities that cater to business needs. Its convenient location also adds to the appeal, as it’s close to key areas in Jakarta, making it easier for him to navigate his busy schedule. Overall, Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue has proven to be reliable and ideal for business travel.

Clean. Comfy. Put DND at the door, they slipped a note under the door saying they didn’t make the room and would do it upon request. So nice

Apart from the facilities, the hotel is fine for a 3 stars. The facilities are dated, they are spacious and has a good balcony view of the lake. But every time one walks into the room to you have the strong old carpet smell from cigarettes smoke. The gym equipments are really dated and some of the dumbbells have rusts on them. Equipments looks like a last century gym.

I am from pt. I seeing stay at Hariston hotel. I think I am this hotel I recommend. When I have breakfast at Delima restaurant I was welcomed open Wulan and then I was served good dental open Novi, Febi and Helmi. The other staff are also very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Hariston hotel.

Good service, food, and room to stay. Good internet connection. Not too far from town. Good Access to airport. Friendly housekeeping Reasonable price Near local attraction (Ancol) The Coffee shop is a great place to hang out.

Stayed here while being ill to isolate from family members. the star of this hotel is definitely the staff. from very friendly and supporting receptionists which help you day and night with all the things you might need or ask for to the amazing housekeeping. Budi randha (housekeeper) in particular made this stay so comfortable as he prepared the room quickly, super clean and organized while still leaving a smile on our face with artistic towel figures everyday. In a 1 week isolation with just my BF and I this was a very welcome surprise.

We could use TJ from Jakarta to Gold Coast. It is a strategic place for staycation. There is Fresh Market accross the street so don't worry if it not included meals. The price of the meals is affordable! Worth it! The room is comfortable and clean. Don't forget to call the owner before arriving so he can ask his staff to meet us.
