Available to the Guest:
+ A 76m² non-smoking executive 3 Bedrooms, high floor
+ Self check-in, access to the room key will be informed after booking confirmed and ID submission.
+ Main Bedroom: Queen-size spring bed. Linen, bed cover and pillow is provided. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, a working desk, and a hairdryer.
+ Two secondary/children’s rooms: Single-size (100 x 200 cm) spring bed, with provision of linen, bed cover, and pillow. In each room is a wardrobe and IKEA working table. The first room is air conditioned, while the second one has a wall-mounted fan.
+ Two bathrooms plus toilets, one equipped with hot running water. There are also 4 clean towels, bath gell & shampoo. There is another small toilet in the second kid bedroom use as laundry room.
+ Hot water dispenser in the dining room, and the host provides 2 gallons of drinking water, along with Indonesian Sumatra coffee and tea for your convenience.
+ Water, electricity, and internet utilities are all included.
+ Kitchen appliances provided include rice cooker, 4-burner stove and oven, and a full-sized fridge. Kitchen equipment (pot and knife) & dining utensils are also provided.
+ In each wardrobe, hangers, and an ironing table + iron is also included.
+ Giant LED Smart TV 56 inch, includes pre-login Netflix 4K, HBO Go and Amazon Prime Video, and unlimited fibre connected fast internet.
+ There are laundry shops, ATMs, various restaurants, cafés, and multiple convenient stores in the building at ground level.
NOT available to Guests:
+ Daily Room Cleaning & refill to the consumable (drinking water, toilet papers etc)
+ Parking fee at the building.
Guest Access :
+ Anything in the room and on the premise is yours to use, including access to the building facilities like the pool, gym, lobby, kids’ playground, and the running track besides the pool.
+ You may receive and send letters/packages from the delivery desk, open from 7AM to 11PM every day.
+ The mobile apps GrabFood and GoFood are commonly used to deliver foods to the apartment, which you can pick up on the delivery desk at your convenience.
Other things to note:
+ This booking is managed individually, front lobby reception is not involved in this booking. The service provided might not match a hotel standard, e.g. the host might not answer a question/inquiry timely or within 24 hours.
+ Guests must ensure contact details listed on trip.com is valid and reachable and will be required to provide a form of identification (KTP/passport) at least 1 day before check-in.
+ Communication with the host during your stay is available through Social Media.
+ Room cleaning is not included but it is available upon request with a fee, which also includes replacement for fresh linens, bedcovers, & towels.
+ Extra bed fee is mandatory for the fifth guest, pay separately.
+ For longer term stay, host offers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly discount embedded in the pricing formula.
+ As nowadays Jakarta is very hot, if you send us your planned check in time, we will turn on the Air Cond prior to your arrival.
