The advantage is that it is only a five-minute walk from Jiexpo. The restaurant on the rooftop has a good environment and cheap food. It is a date spot for many local middle-class young people.
There are too many shortcomings. The sheets and pillowcases were very dirty, not only black but also covered with human hair. The waiter was polite and changed it diligently, but the one he replaced was still not very clean. The ground tables were not clean either. The window was broken and could not be closed, and the noise from the road and the adhan from the nearby mosque at 5am could be heard clearly. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom, and it takes a long time to dry the towels. Rooms are extremely small. While these may not be a problem for locals, they are almost unbearable for domestic tourists. Personally, I would recommend not staying in a hotel below four stars in Jakarta no matter how good the reviews are.

The price is super cheap, so you can't ask for too much!
Just some leaves and branches, hopefully not too obvious. The sheets and quilts all have signs of use, really just for sleeping.
