Beautifully done rooms, spacious Banquets, conference rooms & a cinema house for 30 people.”, my congratulations to the Owners & Archietect team for giving Goa a wonderful place for each & every type of events, the plus point is IHL Selections Cidade de Goa( where I have been staying for the last 25 years) for Beach & Garden events. The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. Our stay was very comfortable and nice. I had my aged mother travelling with me. Riya at the front desk gave us a room near the lobby which required minimal walking. She was very attentive to my mother's need. Everyone at the hotel was kind and concerned. Gaurav in the dining area went out of his way to cater to our needs. When my mother was not eating, he asked her the reason and brought her probiotic drink for her indigestion. They gave us tables nearest to the buffet so that my mother didn't have to walk. The swimming instructor at the pool took care of my daughter when she was swimming. Only complaint is the room service - simple orders take upwards of 40-50 minutes. Tea was always cold. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

It was my husband’s birthday and I selected waterfront and terrace bar, I am glad I selected this place it was so great. People were so helping and polite and order came on time. The food was so delicious I can’t imagine a better place than this in goa with everything from behaviour, food and ambiance was amazing and upto the mark. and special shout out to Jaidev he was great in helping us order the best food and made our day. I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.
