The price matches with the location. However, there was a n used tower leave in the room. The the key card system was down for a long time.

Check in from London to Oxford on May 25th. The reception didn't mention any precautions. Before going shopping on the morning of the 26th, we specifically asked the receptionist to record in writing the precautions for the cleaner to clean the room. When I returned to the hotel at 3pm, I was told that the room had not been cleaned and was promised that it would be cleaned in an hour. I returned to the hotel at 6 o'clock that day and was told that there was a lack of staff and no one was cleaning the room. If you can't even provide basic services, what's the point of running a hotel like this? The hotel staff did not inform us in advance. The good reviews online are all based on brushes. The sound insulation is also not good. There is a warehouse-like bar opposite. There are parties on weekend nights and disco music in the early morning. The windows are closed so loudly that the building shakes.

Staff are friendly, no noise from the hotel whatsoever and we were the road side. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Stopped for breakfast on the way down to Southampton. Serving utensils in buffet were getting so hot that people were trying to leave them at either side or in front of the heated area. The rude woman behind the counter snatched them back and shouted at the customers. Rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Food as you would expect, average.

I know I can fully rely on a decent, clean, comfortable room at Premier Inns. Bed, linen, bathroom, space, and service is always good for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for a halfway stopover on long drives, with all the facilities you need. Thank you.

Great price, comfortable though no comfortable seating other than the bed. Generally very clean but bathroom tired with peeling paint. Worst part was a green/brown liquid around where the toilet seat hinges attached to the toilet.

We caught the 400 bus from the train station. Because of road works, the stop is over the road, but there are directions how to get to the stop and it’s still only £2 per journey. The bus stops just across the road from the hotel, so very handy. We booked an accessible room for my husband’s disability and it was fine but we didn’t have any view. If you turn left out of hotel, there is a Coop nxt door, Iceland and a Tesco further up for room supplies. In the immediate precinct there is a Nepalese and Indian restaurant. We tried the Nepalese and it was very good but smallish portions. On the same block as the restaurants, facing the main road, is a Morrisons and a fish and chip shop which had big queues, so must have been good 😊 Across the road is the Seacourt Bridge pub. We had a meal and drinks there the first night. Normal pub grub. Breakfast is the normal Premier inn offerings which we found pretty average so just had poached eggs the second morning. A pleasant stay

Item stolen from room. We left our room at 9am. At 11am I realised I’d left some expensive headphones in the room, in the floor. I immediately called the hotel (was on hold for about 40 minutes, annoying on its own). I was then told the item wasn’t in the room. Im 100% certain the headphones were still in the room, as I had got in a vehicle and been driving the entire time, so there’s was nowhere else they could have gone. Customer support is IMPOSSIBLE with Premier In. The guy working for Botley seemed to have no idea how to help me, or who I could speak to from Premier Inn. I was then on hold for nearly 2 hours to Premier Inn customer support, and told there was nobody who could help me. Very annoyed. Have been a happy customer of Premier Inn many times, but the first time I have an issue, they can’t help me. Cleaner stole my headphones, can’t get them back and the company don’t seem to care at all.

We stayed at the Botley hotel and had a great stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and there are a number of supermarkets just outside of the hotel, great for picking up the odd thing. We also ate at the Thyme restaurant for dinner and the staff were really friendly. The food was good and service amazing. Highly recommend. Would come back to stay at the Botley hotel if we were to visit Oxford again.

Room needs repairing. Paint was coming off most of the ceiling. Shower was leaking. Marks all over the walls. Took and hour and a half to have a main meal and with two young children that's not good.

We booked a night here to break up a long journey. It was value for money but a few key essentials were lacking. No bin in the room, only one towel for four people and water in the shower gel dispenser. Room was slightly too hot but I guess we had four people in the room! Breakfast was ok - again you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t recommend the eggs, but other items ok.
