The people that woork here are very nice.The rooms are clean and spacious.Its very quiet you don't have people hanging outside be loud.The beds are very comfortable.If you need anything towels or toilet papervafter hours they will gladly give you themThe price is resonable so i would recommend this hotel.Its alot better than any other hotel around this area.Its close to the freeway so it makes it easy to commute where you need to get.

The rooms look as if they are remodeled definitely worth the stay for the price the breakfast is great. However the ladies at the front desk could be a little more polite. I just felt rushed and like they didn’t want to deal with me at all. But overall a great stay!

My room was on the second floor, no elevator. Clean but a little tattered. Quiet and fine for sleeping. The wifi worked well. No housekeeping service - which has become common since COVID - but no one mentioned that there would be no service. My room in the ”Manor House” wing looked nothing like the pictures on site.. Half that size and much more elderly. Again, clean, comfortable and adequate. Next time I will be sure to get a better room.

Room is new and large nice cooking touch i wish i can staying longer

I wish I could rate Zero, or negative five. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!! Racist, rude, lying, scamming, and definitely NOT following any sort of cleaning procedure at all. When I checked in there was still lipstick and jizz all over the sheets from the last people using the room. The hotel staff totally knew about it because the bed WAS MADE!!! But the sheets hadn’t been changed. The tub leaked, the light fixture looked like it was five seconds from falling off the wall, there were dirty dishes in the drawers, the floors left the bottoms of my feet black after walking on them, and when I asked for more towels, every single one had black smudges and fingerprints all over them, “clean” sheets were the same case. We saw them spraying everything with Clorox bleach spray in the laundry room so I doubt they wash anything properly. There were bedbugs and a huge bloodstain in the middle of the mattress, I SLEPT IN MY CAR EVERY NIGHT!! I checked out one night early because I couldn’t bear to go back another day. I took the front desk up to the room to see what I meant by how deplorable it was— they agreed and originally returned me my $100 deposit. Then five days later after I complained to corporate and wrote several scathing reviews they changed my file to say that I destroyed the room (even tho prior to my complains I had never been told this) and then charged me that $100 deposit. When I called back to ask why, they told me that magically five days after I left they noticed I destroyed the room so they had to charge me, and if I didn’t understand maybe they should tell me in Spanish (because I have an Hispanic last name). This place’s unprofessional front desk staff has yelled at me, hung up on me, and lied to me, and they’ll do the same to you unless you show up with an hourly need and a drug dependency. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sleep in your car, you’ll be happier than I was because you didn’t have to pay almost $500 for it.

Good stay, friendly staff. Rooms are little old,but i heard that they will be doing a renovation soon. Lobby still closed which is understandable,Starbucks is just in working distance. Dennys is next door. Family park next door. Overall very convenient. less

A little noise, affecting sleep

Hyatt Place Sacramento / Roseville was a great. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful to meet our every need. If we need to come back into town for another event, we definitely will want to stay at this Hyatt.
