Casa Dos Rebelos

Miramar Beach
Initially we were skeptical about the place, however ,the moment we checked out the rooms, we were sure of occupying the rooms comfortably for the next 2 days. Very neat, clean spacious rooms with a sit out space. You feel connected and get that 'at-home' feel esp after going thro the mult fam photos and the Rebelos family tree, put up on walls, nd discovering that the place has more than a century old history! being located at the heart of the city, it has an easy access to places & is just a 3 min walk from cruise @ Mandovi. Good wifi connectivity available. Since meals not included in stay, we ordered online, necessary cutlery is provided at hotel. They hv a fridge storage & a microwave oven if needed. Our room had a kitchentte space, so eating in room was not at all messy. Owner is friendly and guides u well for local trips.

Amenities are good. Staff is good and cooperative.
Royale Exotica, Goa
4.2/541 Reviews
This place has the best location. Indeed it is seafront and you can see the beach from your room. Other hotels write beachfront but here you come out of the property and you see the beach and from upper rooms, you can see from your room itself. The breakfast is full spread (south Indian, North Indian, and western), and nice experience to have coffee overlooking beach. We had some unpleasant experiences by other hotel and at midnight and owner Mr. Philips helped us to book this place over phone and saved my family. People write about rooms being bit small but don't overthink as it is still the best, neat and clean room. You may skip lunch and dinner and have it outside but breakfast is the best thing. We will come again and book sea-facing rooms (that were all booked when we visited this place). Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable.
Bloom Hotel - Calangute
4.5/555 Reviews
Very nice Hotel in Calangute. Rooms are small but clean and Modern. The white and Yellow theme goes very well. Basic amenities pocket tea/coffee, soaps, and kettles are provided. Breakfast is very good and unlimited has options in both veg and nonveg. There is also a live counter where we can order egg dishes, sausages etc. The swimming pool and pool area are good and well clean. There is a multi-purpose room where indoor games and library books are placed. The hotel staff is friendly and polite particularly Azhar from the restaurant section who served our request was very polite and helpful. He was full of energy, and enthusiasm from Goa to serve all customers. I will highly recommend this hotel if staying near Calangute beach. The hotel is just behind MacD. The distance between the beach and the Hotel is approx 1km.
Casa Albuquerque

The hotel is euphemous and not bad. At the pool, one of the staff of the hotel (the cleaner) brought a forgotten t-shirt in the room, putting it down and stole all the money that was with him - be careful!
Serenity by the Sea Beach Resort
3.4/522 Reviews
This is our first time at serenity by the sea.. a hidden little gem . Five minutes from candolim beach. The hotel has about 16 rooms that I can see. They're basic but actually you have everything you need, fridge, shower ,air con,TV. If you want to watch English TV there really isn't any channels..I found one !! But you don't come away to watch TV I guess! The pool is lovely and right now it's quiet so my husband and I have it to ourselves most days which is nice. The sun beds have no cushions on but been told they are in the process of getting some ..the parasols have seen better days but they still serve a purpose. All in all we would stay here again. Oh and the bed is a little hard ..I find it ok but husband has back ache so we asked for another mattress . No kettle in the room, which is a must for me,but I only had to ask and the lovely lady in charge soon sorted that .
