Hilton Goa Resort

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style, and the breathtaking views from the window added to the overall charm. Every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing amenities, contributed to an unforgettable stay.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

This resort was an awesome experience, comfort rooms with comfortable beds. The pool experience was also quite delightful. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit feel special! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of the stay, wonderful cooks and wonderful food! But what stood out the most was our waitress every morning, her name is Vila. She is so nice and a wonderful person! Hilton is very lucky to have her. She made our stay memorable for ever.

What awesome hospitality by HGR. The rooms were spacious and one of the biggest in 5 star categories in north goa. The rooms had all amenities and the staff oh so warm to keep assisting you at all times. The buffet spread was good and bircher museli was made to perfection. The chef was warm and treated us to all signature dishes. Kudos to Surender, gaurav and team

The hotel is absolutely beautiful . Rooms are spacious , tasteful and amazingly clean . The housekeeping staff go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect The overall service of all the staff is excellent . All the staff are friendly and chatty and go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday .
