Elm bugs in the room, the room was hot and ac did not cool it, the bathroom was dark hard to get ready.

Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed (many pillows to choose from), good shower, average breakfast. Only complaint - a dinky TV! Maybe 32” mounted on the wall, where it looks like a 55” should be! Looks ridiculous and made for poor viewing. Other than that, all good.

Although clean the outside lights were not on and we arrived around 5pm. I could almost not see the building and it is tucked away! Other than that it was fine

The door to the room was not aligned and would only close by slamming it really hard. The bedside lamp didn’t work. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The toilet stopped flushing. The pool was out of service.
The staff were pleasant and were able to fix some things. They changed our room for the second night and that one was a little better. The place was old and needs renovations. I would have said the place was clean until we found a roach.

We arrived in the evening and the desk clerk took 5 minutes to even acknowledge us ( there was nobody else around). She was just watching her computer screen and ignoring us. Again, there were no other guests and her attitude was off putting. The facility itself is fine, but our room smelled like a smoking room that had massive amounts Air freshener left to try to conceal it. We would have asked to change rooms but after the check-in experience, my daughter suggested we'd just have more heartburn from the desk clerk.
The morning staff were much friendlier in general. Our only other complaint is that housekeeping started banging on doors at 830. We flew in from the west coast for a lax tournament and my daughter wanted to sleep in. Wasn't meant to be.
