Extremely poor service at this property! Full of flies and mosquitoes...We had a function on 23rd April at this property...their service was awful. Time has no value for them. Breakfast time 7:30 but nothing ready by then , you will keep calling staff, they will not respond till 45 minutes. Extremely poor Decoration services at the venue...wl charge you huge but will not provide any kind of service

Worst place to stay in delhi... very shabby toilets.... bad room decor... uncomfortable beds.... swimming pool was full of algae and dust... no service... ac of the rooms was not working.... very bad wifi connection.... breakfast has nothing to eat

Made my niece birthday very bad due to selecting this resort for staycation. - Injured my feet in swimming pool as there were broken glasses in all over the pool. - there were no switch board in bathroom, wires were open. - kettle handle was broken, anybody lift it and may gets the hot water fall on the feet or hands. - Whole night nobody slept in three families because we were playing with mosquitoes. - Refrigerator was leaking. - Whole day we have called reception to get remote control of TV but they were unable to send somebody. Please don’t waste money and make ur staycation or any function worst. Don't book it.

Such a pathetic stay paid 3100 should be all refund from them, No AC No IRD taking calls, no water in room, called 10 times for Ice and glass no one delivered later after 1 hour it came ! AC sucks room smelling they bothered for weddings only ! Need refund back

They helped us with all our queries and made our stay seamless." 4. *Amenities*: "The hotel's amenities, such as the gym and pool, were well-maintained and convenient to use. Overall my experience was amazing.Pramod ji the housing person he was too respectful and dedicated for his work. He organised the room nicely. The room and bathroom both were clean and well organized. I love their service. Workers are so soft-spoken and respectful. I would like to appreciate Front office Team as he was extremely considerate towards the customers staying in the hotel. These things matter as going the extra mile to ensure customers comfort is very important . Unlike a few who don’t care.
