THE SPACE Welcome to The Cavalier! This beautiful new home in charming Park Circle is perfect for small groups and can accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Step into the bright open living space that encompasses the entire first floor of the home. The open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for entertaining groups, with a large comfortable U-shaped sofa inviting you to kick back and relax. The dining table can seat up to six people, with four additional stools at the kitchen island. Outside, you’ll find a gas grill as well as two off-street parking spaces. Parking lot is for apartment guests only. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed, workspace with monitor & HDMI hookup and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a Jack and Jill shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed as well as direct access to the shared connecting bathroom. Computer desk upstairs now has a wired keyboard & mouse that are compatible with both Mac and PC Nearby are all the best restaurants, cafes and breweries of Park Circle - just a three-minute drive away! GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF NORTH CHARLESTON! Bag drop is provided through a third party for an additional fee. We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary High-Speed Internet WIFI One Bag of Complimentary Locally Packaged Coffee Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) Dish and Laundry Detergents Hair Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board 4 Bath Towels per bed and Professionally Laundered Linens Basic Cooking Essentials and Kitchenware Pets are NOT allowed with the only exception of certified service animals IF Proper paperwork is provided prior to Check-in! . The city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion . Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
