Pros- Great location, easy to find near a great restaurant- Lot 88. Tim’s across the street. Easy access coming in from northern Ontario. Rooms and common areas recently renovated and bright, fun vibe. Cons- The gym. I complained- highest weight is 20lbs. It’s tiny and very limited options. Even the HI in Timmins has a MUCH better gym.If a functional gym is required stay at Homewood Suites here in NB. Staff said there have been multiple complaints about the gym. Only other negative is location is far from waterfront but IMHO more than makes up for it with retail and restaurant options nearby. A good choice but the gym really sucks.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was close to the ******. It was very cheap for 3 people. we had a free hot breakfast and received $10. free play for the ****** every day. Everything was clean. We are already booked for June to stay at the travelodge in North Bay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was in town for a funeral. When I walked into the lobby it was very old and run down, the elevator had a musty smell. When I opened the door to my room that musty smell was very strong, there was mold in the bathtub and the sheets on the bed had stains on one of the beds. Our new room had hair on the bathtub walls, and the floor was not swept and there was only one towel. We asked for some more towels and we got some that was stained. Our pillows were so flat I won't call it a pillow and one of the pillow cases had stains on it. The walls were thin. We could hear when someone turned on the light or fan in the bathroom in the next room. The beds were so hard I think we were sleeping on bricks. It was the worse night sleep even thought we wouldnt call it sleep. Breakfast was a joke, there were no days on anything so you had no idea how long the boiled eggs in the fridge were. When we were checking out they had my name wrong on the bill and charged me for my sister in law's rooms and mixed up our credit cards.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, checking in at 2PM. A welcoming receptionist checked my ID, took my payment(included C$50 deposit) while I filled out an auto #/liability form, then received the keycards with the wifi code. We parked in the back and carried our bags up to the 2nd floor. Room #247 was clean, carpeted, with a comfortable queen, couch, and a large window with a forest view behind the parking lot. The bathroom had a tub/shower with quick hot water, soap, shampoo, lotion and nice towels. The medium sized TV had a room satellite guide(Detroit networks, CBC, CNN, CTV, HGTV, TSN, Weather & many more channels). Strong secure wifi, 4 wall outlets and good lighting. We swam in the heated 20’ x 40’ indoor pool/hot tub across from the nice 6 station gym. We walked 850m west to lovely Sunset Park and drove 1.8km north to the large Metro Supermarket. Overall, a quiet night’s sleep.

Super 8, North Bay is a clean hotel and nicely decorated. Staff was polite. Nice hot breakfast included. Good value for money. Be careful. Most of parking area visible to public. Bicycle seat stolen from one of our bikes that was locked on back of our car. Would have been a nuisance to take bikes off car and where would we put them? Not really hotels fault but a bit of a downer.

The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, very active and enthusiastic. Night from 9 to 10 August 2021 booked online with Choice at senior or CAA rate of $94.49 for a total of $111.04 with all taxes. We enjoyed the true buffet breakfast that honors the reputation of the Comfort Inn. We are saturated and disappointed to get only a small bag of paper with the minimum for too long already when the price is not adjusted to the decrease. Why are only a few hotels dared to go ahead by offering breakfast? It's a good excuse that it's because of covid, but after 18 months, this reason is getting badly digested. We are entitled to ask questions and questions, thank you and good at the Comfort Inn in North Bay for this initiative, demarcating the majority of hotels that temporarily removed this option under the pretext of what you know. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. We have a few photos to offer. We recommend this Comfort Inn. Opinion published on October 10, 2021 in Salaberry, Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada.

I stay here quite often when I am in North Bay for work. I highly recommend this property. I am a diamond member and they always appreciate and recognize the status and upgrade me to nice rooms. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. The water pressure in the showers are great too. The breakfast is typical HI express breakfast but it is always replenished. The front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly. The maintenance person is very helpful and friendly. I will be back!

Summer season access to college residence rooms at a great price. Two large bedrooms, big kitchen and washroom, quiet, safe secure part of town, free parking, it was all great. Easy check-in at main building, comfy beds, desks and lightning fast internet here. By the way, if you have been on the road for a while, there was a large clean coin laundry facility on the ground floor.
