HAD TO REQUEST COFFEE, NONE WAS PUT IN THE ROOM THE 1ST DAY. ALSO HAD TO REQUEST GARBAGE BAGS BECAUSE THEY HADNT BEEN EMPTIED AND WERE FULL BY THE 2ND DAY
WOULD I STAY AGAIN, YES BUT WOULD MAKJE SURE TO REQUEST COFFEE THE NIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE IT WAS HARD TO FIND AT 4AM.

Upon arrival, toilet lid top was smeared with feces. When went to clean up, grabbed a FOLDED handtowel that was stacked in clean pile on top of vanity and towel was covered in feces! Spoke with reception at hotel whom called manager, we are expecting a refund as this was SO DISGUSTING! We are travelling with two young children that could have easily grabbed that poop covered hand towel to dry hands or face! Not impressed,

Patio door did not lock except for a stop bar which was concerning, light fixture shorting when turned on, cobwebs in room and halls where ceiling meets wall, previous guests socks in room, patio door curtain filthy, hot tub not - luke warm at best, pool filthy, general lack of cleaning and obvious neglect. Nice breakfast spread.

Check in was very good. The clerk (Hannah) was very nice and polite. When you first walk in, it is clean but it still has a faint smell of old cigarettes (probably from when they had smoking rooms). The room was clean but we had some issues with the electrical in the room. When trying to charge our phones, it wasn't a strong connection and often took a long time to charge. Plugs also kept falling out of the outlet.
Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom very clean.
We were on the first floor which had a patio door so we were able to park outside our room which was very convenient but there were alot of cigarette butts on the ground. We also found that the security of the room was not up to par. It does have a security bar to keep the patio door from opening if put in place but the actual lock on the patio door did not work.
The heated pool and hot tub was nice.
Breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were those dehydrated or powdered type eggs instead of fresh eggs. Overall there wasn't a big variety for the breakfast choices.
Overall, it was a nice stay with just a few negatives.

Property is clean and conveniently located. Pool is small and shallow so not great for those who like to “actively “ swim. Staff is nice but I waited 1.5 hours for them to solve another guests issue before helping me with mine so that wasn’t great. The surrounding area isn’t nice if you want to take a walk or go outdoors, but for an overnight stay, it’s fine.
