Fantastic location., staff and room. Highly recommended and will be returning.

I frequently stay at North Adelaide boutique apartments when in town on business. It is generally a quiet location, but just a few minutes walk from an excellent choice of restaurants on O’Connell Street.

Check in time showing in voucher is different from actual check in time. Hotel reception closed at 5:00pm, but voucher stated up to 18:30

Excellent service

The room hygiene and environment are very good, and there are many shops not far away. There is the sound of airplanes from 6 am to 11 pm, but it is not very frequent, so it is bearable. I stayed for five days in total, and there was an incident. On the second day of my stay, there was a problem with the curtains and they couldn't be closed. I informed the front desk, but it was not repaired when I left.

We liked the apartment it provided everything we were after, the only downfall was we didn’t realise we would be in the flight path for aircraft landing and the noise was unexpected however we understand there is nothing that management can do about this.

Our unit was excellent. The staff helpful and friendly. Was one street away from the free loop bus ,that took us in and out of Adelaide.Many eating places at the end of the street.

Just a lovely place to stay. We stayed here for 2 nights but could have comfortably stayed longer. Everything was perfect and the property has been decorated to a high standard. Only 2 negatives (which is really nitpicking) the shower was a bit on the small side but useable and the property appears to be under the flight path for Adelaide airport, but even with this it didn’t cause us any issues sleeping as the airport isn’t 24 hours and the property provide ear plugs and eye masks if you need them. North Adelaide itself is a lovely area, the bakery just up the road is great and is open 24 hours, there’s even a free bus one street over which can take you into Adelaide. Would happily stay here again as it’s lovely

The staff are always lovely. The rooms are clean and have great towels. The shower pressure is good. I like how parking is easy and it is a short walk for food and the supermarket

I was very happy with the helpful and supportive staff. We were in room 27 and the only gripe I had was that the front door required extra work for the latch to slip to make the door secure, and the lack of water pressure in the bathroom basin tap.

Accomodation was very clean, modern, comfortable bed and property was exceptionally and neatly presented in a quiet and beautifully maintaned residential street. Parking is limited inside the grounds of the property and is a tighter squeeze but overflow parking is available on the street between 6pm and 8am. Studio room equipped with microwave, small kettle, coffee machine, (no toaster), sink, bar fridge, small ironing board, iron and minimal cutlery and crockery (2 of each) Blockout black blinds were lovely. Air conditioner worked perfectly on a 36* day. Highly recommended. Easy after hours check~in process.

Room was very clean. Great service with easy check in. Convenient for dining options. Definitely recommend.

The propery was very clean and comfortable. The service at the desk was very friendly and happy to book a taxi for us. Everthing in the rooms. Refreshments to buy and coffee pod. Very quiet. Would definately recommend.
