The hotel is old and needs a renovation badly. Here is no air condition or even ventilation in the room. So it’s hot and smelly. Bed is older than i am and makes a squeezy noise when you make any move. Better to lay still if you want to sleep in this hotel. Breakfast is included to price, but you have to make a booking and earliest available slot is at 8:45 am. We planned to be on move at that time. Also the sound insulation is missing, you can hear the noises from hall and lobby clearly. Over alla can not recommended this hotel to anyone. If you think something positive, parking is free.

Whenever in town, there is nowhere else to go, rather than here! Breakfast is excellent; but noone better than the Shift Leader Front Office!

Nice hotel near of the railway station and nice river with birds also a short walking distance on old town with icecream kiosk and the city center is also a nice with meny tiny restorants. small restorants.

It was a good location next to the river, and close to the center of Norrköping. Stayed here to visit Kolmården zoo which is 30 min away. Family room had bunk bed for the kids, and they loved it. Renting a bike was easy and free of charge, would recommend it.

The hotel is Really nice. The staff is very careful of your needs and they are very friendly. The breakfast is always good and you have a couple of choices. Gym and pool are great, but for the pool you have only one entrance per stay :(

Mocktail for the kids and a room adjacent to the restaurant where the children can play while the parents can enjoy their dinner in peace for once. Very much appreciated!

Me and my kids stayed the hole weekend! Really nice spa and relax in the hotel. The food in the restaurant was great and the breakfast every morning was amazing! I highly recommend this place for everyone! Great service and nice staff in the recreation and the bar

Great location by the river in central norrkoping. Good but basic rooms, clean and nice sizeable bathrooms. Lovely staff, great breakfast and a superb relax and spa on the rooftop of the hotel. Good quality for the money. Plenty of good restaurants (try Butlers and/or The Lamp) nearby as well.
