Not enough towels supplied and $10 each is extra ridiculous.
Why provide a coffee machine and then not supply the pods complimentary?
The pool is open until 10 pm with no lights, and severe safety concerns.
The hotel was nice but all these inconveniences did not justifybrhe cost.
No oppertunity to purchase breakfast as Monday public holiday
The digital door key did not work so had to leave our 21st party at a different venue party to check in to the hotel before staff left to ensure access to the room.
Not enough product in the bathroom ie soaps, shampoos.

The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells a bit musty. Rooms that will not be occupied for a long time are reserved for orders from Ctrip. The restaurant is very good, the food and service are good, and the price is very reasonable. It is good to stay here when traveling to Kangaroo Island.
