Location was great! However, our room was on the first floor and walked in and noticed our door wouldn’t close properly so even if we locked it from the inside you could open the door from the outside with no key! Also the window was broken and wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Went to the front desk and they changed us to another room.. not very politely might I add. Upon arriving into our second room the room was NASTY! The pictures attached are from the second room. Literally someone’s hair in the “clean” towels. Also they were hand towel size and that is what they give you for bath towels. Went to the front desk to ask for new towels and they said we had to bring our old ones out. So I had to go back to the room and grab the dirty towels to bring them to exchange. Dead bugs and what appeared to be animal stains in the carpet. Not to mention whatever was on the curtains. All in all extremely filthy hotel. If I could leave zero stars I would.

This was a weekend away for us. We chose this hotel based on the amenities showing an inside Pool and a Hot Tub. Both were not working. call ahead and confirm the pool is working if you go here. There was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom I had to go to the desk and ask for another. There must have been a big rush of guests at the breakfast bar because the breakfast bar was very messy and bare.

The hotel is in great and very clean condition. Hot showers, clean rooms, affordable rates! Area is a little run down with restaurants that are out of business. But I feel it still a safe area to stay while traveling.

I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Norman OK. from 2/22/24 to 02/25/24 with my daughter in room 304 which was a disaster.. dirty, smelled awful ((I had to go to the front desk and ask for air freshener) and full piles of dust on the headboards furniture, ice bucket… everywhere! We were given a different room the next day (room 103) and it was basically the same scenario but without the bad smell.. dust everywhere and the towels were very bad (one of them) was practically transparent, it actually tore when I usd it. With all this my sinuses/allergies are awful thanks to all of the dust in these rooms!
I would expect some kind of reimbursement for everything we had to endure at this property.

These are probably the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever stayed on in a hotel. There was a moth dead on the floor in the bathroom and the bathtub had like a huge crack in it. The room also had a major musty smell. Overall would not stay here again.

The mattress was to soft for me, a clean towel hanging in the bathroom had a brown stain on it.

The place smelled like ****. The pool was “under construction.” Breakfast was a joke. Shower curtain had stains. Used lotion bottle left in the bathroom. Would not recommend to stay.

The room was nice,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bad experience. Went down at 9 am. 2 sausages left. Nothing else except watered down waffle mix. Someone was in the back room watching TV but never came out while we were there for about 30 minutes.
Pool was in disrepair.

Everything was fine except there was very little hot water, not even tepid water temp, I couldn’t even shower it was so cold.
