The guest services stated that the front desk was staffed 24 hours. I took a walk at 3 o’clock in the morning and got locked out. I tried calling nobody answered. I tried knocking. Nobody came in the key wouldn’t work to let me in. My refrigerator didn’t work in my room, and, I called the front desk this morning and it took 15 minutes for somebody to answer and when they did it sounded like I woke them up. They were very rude and just said what do you want. They wouldn’t give me a receipt after saying the night before that I would have a printed receipt upon check out. The shower soaps were busted and there was only a little bit of total paper on a roll and it was it. Very sad that Hyatt standards have fallen so low
