Lovely hotel, our first time staying in Norg and for sure we will be back next year. Great location, fabulous clean quiet hotel overall, amazing value for money along with lovely rooms, great food and such friendly staff. Certainly looking forward to return next year~ need we say more

Hotel Karsten is met goede kamers prima bedden een aanrader. Wij hebben gelogeerd in een standaard kamer. Het sanitair is wat gedateerd maar goed, schoon en netjes. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en zorgt dat je een goed verblijf heb. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid Het diner van de kaart is uitgebreid en de kwaliteit is prima.

Zeer klantvriendelijk, gezellige rustieke sfeer. Prima keuken met uitgebreide kaart.. Aandacht voor dieetproblemen. Uitstekend bed in redelijk mooie kamer. Centraal gelegen in een prachtig gedeelte van Drente. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Op social deal vond ik een wandelarrangement bij grand hotel Karsten. We kwamen te vroeg maar dat was geen probleem. Na een kop koffie met iets lekkers erbij hebben we gewandeld in het mooie Norg. Na de wandeling hebben we genoten van een lunch. De broodjes waren simpel maar prima, de soep was erg lekker! Het grand café is netjes en knus met mooie oude details. En een complimentje aan de bediening. Wat een ontzettend gastvrije leuke dame. We komen graag een keer terug voor één van de theaterdiners.

Leuk hotel, nette en schone kamer, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel!! We hebben twee maal heerlijk gedineerd, het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. Enige minpunt was de gehorigheid op de kamer, tv, praten en gesprekken bellende buren geheel te volgen.

Een warm ontvangst, keurige kamer met airco. Mooi terras met goede stoelen. Heerlijke lunch en voortreffelijk diner genuttigd. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid met voor elk wat wils. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat altijd voor je klaarstaat.

Zeer deskundig personeel. Deze wist goed en proactief te reageren op allergieën. Ze gaven goede adviezen Eten was prima. Gezellig restaurant op mooie locatie. Zeer aan te bevelen. Voor mij/ons een verrassende ervaring. Gevarieerde kaart en verhouding prijs en kwaliteit is goed.

De kamer zorgt voor dit matige cijfer terwijl het restaurant en ontbijt goed is met vriendelijke bediening zeker een 4 + Maar voor het geld wat er gevraagd wordt een schone kamer zeker maar de rest erg slecht. Computer beeldscherm als tv waarbij je pijn in je nek krijgt zo hoog. Terrasje bij kamer vies zowel terras als de stel en tafel, jaren niet gereinigd. Ook gele plekken op rand was tafel plankje duit op een gedateerd geheel. Erg zonde
