Wir waren am 9.10.24 Gast in der Aussen Gastronomie. Der Service war mal überaus schnell und dann wieder sehr langsam. Das Abendessen hat nicht die Qualität erreicht - wie erwartet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Das Personal schaut missmutig und hinterlässt den Eindruck ... hoffentlich ist bald Feierabend. So kannte ich bisher diese Lokalität nicht - hier hat einiges an Leistung gegenüber früheren Besuchen in Jahren zuvor - nachgelassen. SCHADE

Das Hotel befindet sich in optimaler, zentraler Lage. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Unser Doppelzimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, könnte aber etwas größer sein. Das nächste Mal würden wir deshalb die Zimmerkategorie 2 wählen.

Wir waren am Wochenende für 2 Nächte im Hotel König. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit an der Rezeption sowie beim wirklich tollen Frühstücksbuffet sind wir nur freundliches Personal begegnet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten sehr gut. Die Sauna war richtig schön. Rundum ein tolles zentrales Hotel.

Zentral gelegen, gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet , schöne Terrasse, sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant, freundliches Servicepersonal (Aufenthalt unter der Woche, nicht Wochenende)

Es war wie immer eine Super Zeit .....Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker ....Service und das Komplette Personal ist super freundlich .....wie immer sehr sauber. Zusammengefasst freu ich mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Urlaub im Hotel König ....

Wir waren Anfang September mit Freunden ein paar Tage auf Norderney. Hier im Biergarten - Inselhotel König - haben wir öfter gegessen und gemütlich beisammen gesessen. Dabei ist uns der Service von jungen Mitarbeitern des Inselhotels sehr positiv ins Auge gefallen. Danke an Wilhelm, Andrey und Miriam für Euren hervorragenden Service und Einsatz. Das war Spitze!!! Wenn man auch vielen jungen Menschen den nötigen Einsatz vorwirft - Ihr habt uns. an allen Tagen das Gegenteil bewiesen. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns praktisch von den Augen abgelesen - immer freundlich - immer äußerst korrekt. Weiter viel Erfolg für Euren beruflichen weiteren Weg.Wohl dem der solche Mitarbeiter hat und fördert In Vertretung meiner Freunde - Holger Merz aus Viersen am Niederrhein

Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Woche gebucht, die sogenannte „Turmsuite“. Ich verstehe die halbwegs guten Bewertungen nicht. Die „Suite“: eng, abgewohnt, nicht sauber. Dreckige Bettlaken, Toilette, Fenster, Fußboden. Dies konnte trotz mehrfacher Hinweise an der Rezeption nicht behoben werden. Für alles wurde eine Ausrede gefunden. Immerhin wurden die durchgelegenen Matratzen gewechselt. Frühstück unter Durchschnitt, das Personal unaufmerksam. Wir mussten jeden Morgen danach fragen, Kaffee zu bekommen und sauberes Geschirr. Wir reisen viel, aber sowas ist uns wirklich noch nicht unter gekommen. Hervorragend ist hier nur der Preis! Das ist „Abzocke‘ wie sie im Buche steht, wir werden das dem Tourismusverband melden.
