We have stayed at this hotel a few times, but it is getting worse and worse. The building and especially the rooms are very dirty and dusty. I had to have the bed cover replaced - it smelled awful and was unclean. We had three rooms. One had vermin and the other two were also dirty. The location seems to attract a certain clientele. It was very loud until 2 a.m. and people were constantly walking in the hallways, talking on the phone and slamming doors. Check-in is only possible at reception from 5 p.m. The check-in machine is broken. Likewise, all the drinks and snack machines. The staff are busy on their cell phones or smoking outside the entrance. This hotel is definitely not worth recommending and the management should urgently make adjustments and renovations.

I have been an Accor customer for 10 years, currently with long-term Gold status. Despite this, I sometimes have to choose the budget option for various reasons, which I have had several times in the past with very positive experiences. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. I chose your hotel because of the location - I had an interview right next door. It was important to me not to have to move around so much in the heat and to be well supplied with food and air conditioning. Unfortunately, my expectations and wishes could not be met. Firstly, the information on the Accor website and in the app is not up to date - the hotel no longer offers breakfast even though all the requirements for it are met on site and, surprisingly, check-out is at 11 a.m. and not 12 p.m. That was extremely important because my appointment wasn't until 1 p.m. When I asked if I could stay in the room longer, even for an additional charge (as is the case in other budget hotels), I was told that this was absolutely not possible because all the rooms had to be tidied by 2 p.m. and I couldn't wait down in the lobby because that was basically the staff's office. There was no friendliness here, of course. So on the day of check-out, I used the time in the room until 11 a.m. to prepare for the appointment and to avoid being disturbed, I put the "Do not disturb" notice on the door. Of course, this was ignored and from 9 a.m. onwards the vacuum cleaner was left on directly in front of my door. Then at 10:57 a.m. the unfriendly man angrily "knocked" on my door and told me that it was 11 a.m. and that I should get out. Of course, all this while the vacuum cleaner was still running, which he left on unused until I left the room. Simply outrageous. In the end, I had to walk to the bakery 600 m away for breakfast in almost 40 degree heat, waste the remaining time there and then change for the appointment in my car, which had been preheated to an unbelievable temperature. I have never had such a bad experience with your hotels. Furthermore, the hotel is mainly used by construction workers who do not keep a good night's sleep. I was woken up in the middle of the night because one guest knocked on the other's door to wake him up, waking up the whole floor.
