There was no warm water for 3 days and some of the on-site staff were not very friendly. The lady in the head office was also quite unfriendly, which surprised me because one lives from the customers.

Unfortunately very dirty and a lot just broken. Toilet very dirty. Boden hasn't seen the wiper in months. Broken shower head. Squirts from all corners. Long hair spread everywhere (sink, bed and kitchenette). The couch is an impertinence. Only went with p
