We stayed one night at a cabin in Norah Head Holiday Park and had a wonderful experience! The cabin was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — it had a kitchen, a dining area, a comfy living room with a 2 sofas, two bunk beds (sleeps 4), and a separate bedroom with a super cozy double bed. I slept so well! The location is great — just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Since we only stayed one night, we didn’t get to use all the facilities, but they looked well-maintained. There’s a swimming pool and a playground, perfect for families with kids. Overall, it was a lovely short stay and I’d love to come back for a longer visit next time.

Very pleasant stay. The house we stayed was well equipped. We stayed at a colder time but surely the place would be super busy in the summer months. There are shops and attractions a short drive away. Our kids loved the stay.

I loved this holiday park. Staff were amazing, even across the weekend they were always available during extended hours, everything i wanted was conveniently located and they had a separate bathroom for children and people living with disability. I can't wait to go back.

My wife and I have been on the road caravanning for over 10 years, and this would be the worst managed and poorly maintained park we’ve ever stayed in. We were evacuated from another caravan park due flooding. Rang and booked ahead staying for a week and asked to be close to the amenities, they placed us 400 meters away. Upon my complaint about the location, was advised by management to pick a site that’s suitable. However, after setting up at our chosen site I was informed that we can’t stay there for the week as it was booked for the weekend. We refused to move. (We were told by management to choose a site, so we did and we were comfortable). They relented and moved the double booking. When we wanted to extend our stay, we were then informed that the site was booked the following Friday and we were again asked to move (third time). So, we left. Despite that fact that the site directly behind was free it was insisted that we had to pull down our setup and move, these people were here for two days, and we had offered to stay for six weeks. Just about every park that we’ve been to if a site has been extended, and space wasn’t an issue future booking are moved to a site close by. Zero maintenance - the showers all had broken door locks as did the toilets and graffiti on the walls. Park was not well maintained, there were weeds that had reached maturity so had been there for quite a while. A lot of equipment was also “out of order”, like dryers and washing machines, their maintenance vehicle has only one working headlight. The Park advertised free WiFi, there was such thing as it did not extend beyond the near office surrounds. The management were extremely rude, condescending and espoused all their issues and as a customer I was not interested in their issues. All I wanted was some simple customer service that was absolutely non-existent. Common sense isn’t that common with these people. A very sad state. The council should be looking into this! We simply drove out the gate next morning.

Very large and very run down. Terrible amenities not regularly cleaned and too many "out of order" signs. The beaches are all a long walk and require climbing up and down. The pool is tiny and completely overrun with children.

This place was really on point and absolutely perfect for us. I read some of the reviews before we went saying it was a bit ‘retro’. It may have been in some ways with the old school permanent caravan homes, but it had everything we needed. We weren’t expecting a 5 star resort, we just wanted a family friendly holiday park and that’s exactly what we got. I went with my 2 children and we camped in a tent near the Norah Head bowling club. I expected it to be noisy, didn’t hear a thing. Bonus was there was a path to walk to the club not far from us. Facilities were perfect, very accessible. The kids loved the jumping pillow, pool with attached water park, and the playground. They had outdoor movie nights with a pancake van (score!), even an ice cream truck that drove around the park both days (boy he must make a killing in the holidays). Chatting with one of the owners he mentioned they had even had a band that had played at the club come over during the Christmas holidays, and they’re looking to do more of the same. It had everything we wanted to enjoy ourselves, this place is staying on the top of our must visit again list. If you want a nice simple, affordable holiday park, this place should be on your list. I recommend visiting the Norah head lighthouse as well, it was a 2 min drive from the park. Looked awesome at night as well.

Very friendly staff. In a great location. The cabin we stayed in was Jabiru 4 Sleeps 6 . This park is a great location to explore down to the entrance or up to Swansea, both a short distance away. It was a very clean cabin and we all especially loved the shower head. We arrived on a warm day and the staff had put the air on for our arrival . We loved watching the wild rabbits hop around the back of the cabin and see the bush turkeys scratch around. We were super impressed with how quiet the park was at night but it may of been because it was only the first few days of school holidays. We have older children (23 and 15) but would recommend for families with younger kids. The pool was great and lots of kids loved the karts you could hire and ride around. Maybe a five - ten minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the lighthouse. We definitely would stay again.
