The room is very clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete and the service is warm. The location is excellent and very convenient. We are traveling as a family and it feels great! It is an apartment hotel with great value for money. It is a good choice for those who want to travel to Noosa. 👍

The most exotic holiday home… exquisite surroundings and a glorious swimming pool…. Ideally placed for beautiful morning walks along the ‘river’. Quiet but at the same time welcoming, easy walking distance from numerous cafes and restaurants and a brilliant bus service into town .

Fantastic location near to the river and bus routes to central Noosa. Very comfortable and well appointed house, all the facilities were excellent. Will definitely stay there again! Restaurants are within easy reach on foot or by bus, and local shops are also close by. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We had a 2 night stay in a 2.5 bedroom town house & we loved it! The hosts were friendly & the town house was beautifully furnished and super clean. The heated pool was amazing! The property was very well maintained & in a great location across the road from the Noosa River.

Fabulous resort at the quiet end of the river. We stayed in unit 12, which had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Both bedrooms had balconies. The bathroom had a rain head shower and was very spacious. The kitchen was well appointed, and included melamine plates and cups for use at the BBQ's as well as standard crockery with decent sized coffee cups. The back french doors and a window over the bench fully opens up for great indoor outdoor flow to the private courtyard, which has plenty of seating on a bench with squabs. The grounds are beautiful, as is the heated pool area and BBQ areas. There is also a tennis court with rackets and balls provided. We also loved the free use of the stand up paddle board, and the single and double kayaks. The managers are really helpful and after hours check in went smoothly. Each unit has its own parking spot too which was appreciated.

Awesome home in a fantastic location directly opposite the beautiful Noosa River. Great amenities. The home is super private, luxurious snd comfortable. Nothing to fault. Service from the Manager’s was excellent. Thanks Neil & Amanda for all your assistance. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning. We have stayed in 2 of the Sonoma homes and they were both excellent.

The hosts are just the best that I have ever seen and had dealings with. Nothing is too hard for them. They make you feel really welcome. We have stayed at this resort twice now and will stay again. Everything is clean and tidy. The position of the resort is in a great place and easy walking distance to most of Noosaville.
