"The location is superb. Hastings Street is full of quality restaurants and the beach is a really short walk away. Also the Noosa National Park is within walking distance. Walking to Hells Gate and Laguna Lookout highly recommended."

"I ordered room service Pad Thai after arriving and was impressed by how delicious it was! Breakfast was also plentiful and excellent. The food at the Thai restaurant was also delicious.
I lost my sunglasses by the pool,
and asked the staff to find them, but they just said ”it's gone” and didn't seem to be looking for them, so I ended up not finding them, which was very disappointing. It's rare for something to be lost and not found in a good hotel, so I was surprised.
Other than that, it was good."

"The best part there are the foods, drinks, swimming pools, water park, game rooms, and the transfer bus. We went there so many times, but a few things not very nice this time.
The new front office management team is not very friendly. For what we spent there, they should be more polite and more respectful. The rooms were not that clean like it used to be. Too dusty and a bit smelly."

Really nice and spacious apartment, with more than I actually needed!
Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. But the afternoon I arrived I wanted to lay down on the sunbeds but I wasn’t able to since the garden was being watered and the water goes so far that it goes into the pool and jacuzzi and made all the sunbeds soaked wet.
I only got the chance to meet the receptionists/managers at my check out, since the opening hours are 9am-5pm and 9-12am on weekends. They were really nice.
But I gotta say this is so weird for me to see a reception with such opening hours… Where I come from and in most countries I went to, this is 24/7 or close to it.
There is not a real service, we have to find the room on our own(even if we get a map with our key in the safe box), I mean there was a binder with informations, we can send them texts but we have to wait to get an answer if any, I was always away before they opened and came back when they weren’t there anymore so I know it seems to be an Australian thing (and good for them!) but this lack of real human interaction is unfortunate.
We receive ton of emails and I also think about the people who are not good at the technology stuff

SSubaru_SealMy friend and I stayed here for three days. There were different social activities every night. We could play board games, taste cheese, sip red wine and enjoy grilled sausages with friends from different places. Friends who are not good at socializing can pet Spider, the store dog🐶
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, and basic seasonings are provided. There is a whole wall of refrigerators, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to put the purchased ingredients because there are too many guests. In the morning, simple toast, spreads, milk and tea bags are provided as breakfast.
I stayed in a quadruple room. The environment and shared bathroom were quite clean and there was air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, the mattress was a bit soft and the soundproofing in the room was not very good. It seemed that no one stopped the guests from making noises and laughing by the swimming pool late at night, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

However self key collection is quite easy.
Room is very spacious but floor is very dusty. Toilet n kitchen are clean. Kitchen is well equipped!
We need to clear our rubbish bin when check out in order not to incur additional fee. This I'm v puzzled.

GGuest UserA very convenient location especially if you love hanging around the beach and Hastings St. No hassles at all or worrying about parking. The rooms are very spacious and pleasant. The staff are super friendly. The family has stayed a number of times and certainly worth it!

WworldtravelssI absolutely loved my stay here! It was very clean and relaxed. The swimming pools wete great and the staff was very friendly! The only downside was its distance from the city centre of Noosa, but there was a busstop right in front which made it very easy to get there. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The service was excellent. We needed a price bed, and the hotel staff quickly brought it to us and helped move it upstairs!
