A beautiful apartment in a lovely complex. What lets this down is its location at the top of a hill and then the amount of steps in the complex. There are lovely restaurants and bars at the bottom of the hill, but after a big meal we had to walk up the hill and then climb 81 steps to our apartment, this was enough to ruin our evenings. There are too many steps and not enough lifts in the complex. This is unlikely to be suitable for people with small kids, or reduced mobility. If you are a party of young healthy and fit adults, who don’t mind the hill or steps, this it is a fantastic place to stay. I will not return to this complex.

Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights in a 3 bedroom penthouse to enable our teenage boy and girl to have some privacy whilst on holiday. The apartment was beautifully appointed with sunset views to the west over Laguna Bay. Some lovely details including a small collection of 'holiday reads' and quality cooking equipment allowed us to dine-in in comfort. It was a short walk downhill to Hastings street and Noosa main beach. We were also grateful for the small supply of cleaning/washing products which allowed us to keep the apartment clean without necessitating a shopping trip on our short stay. The complex has a LOT of stairs, so may not be suitable to someone with mobility issues - however we would not hesitate to stay again.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. We had a 3br pool view penthouse which offered exactly what we booked. Nice walk down to Hastings Street, The Spit and National Park. On holiday so we’re not in a hurry to walk back up the hill. Also great walking distance to all the fabulous eateries and shops at Noosa Junction which was a complete, and not unwelcome, surprise. Would highly recommend and will return.

Our 5th time back here in a penthouse and we just love it. The apartments are so spacious with everything you need, icy air conditioning, a great view, underground parking and nice and quiet. Really appreciate the basic supplies on arrival and the Prosecco and chocolate in the fridge! We love walking into town on the boardwalk and getting supplies from Noosa Junction. No doubt we’ll be back again next year

Excellent location, handy for Hastings St shops, eateries) and the main beach. The national park is also within walking distance.. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. There is a pool and private parking. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The most wonderful stay at The Rise! Well appointed and clean apartment, welcoming and super efficient Rise team, great location with a short stroll down the hill to Hastings Street or up the hill to the Junction for a great IGA, coffee and more eating out options. Our favourite part, a lovely big two level pool with shade most times during the day!

Lots of pros - great pool - great views - big apartment - easy downhill walk to Hastings street - good aircon Cons - tough uphill walk from Hastings with kids (bus wasn’t running) - limited bath towels (one per person for a week stay) - limited cleaning items; one dishcloth, two sachets of dishwashing and laundry liquid - starting to get a bit tired - noise from pub (esp on Wednesday nights) was a bit hard with sleeping kids (def wouldn’t want a baby) - loads of steps to walk around the complex and lift system wasn’t straight forward (would want mobility to be an issue) - no servicing for a week’s stay a Overall, we would come back but would just want to know if the holiday bus was running to help us get back home with kids and we would bring more towels and cleaning products

This resort is well-placed for walking to Hastings St and Noosa Junction restaurant and shopping precincts. Next door to the Hotel. Walk to the ferry terminal, etc. Bus outside the door. Reasonably comfortable self-contained apartment. The cutlery, glasses and utensils in the kitchen needed a full dishwash before use. Cleanliness was not to the level I would have expected for the price. Crumbs in cutlery drawer. Aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable; the lounge was not. Lounge chairs for watching TV would be more appropriate. Apartments would not suit anyone with mobility issues; too many stairs all over the resort. Car parking on the top level is not secure as the roller door is broken.
