Great for families. We had 4 adults and 3 children and 3 bedroom was perfect. The amenities also make it great for families wanting to cook at the apartment. You can walk to Hastings street, Noosa national park hike and Noosa beach. We had a wonderful time as a family. Would recommend for families wanting to stay comfortably. Will come back again.

The hotel is on the hillside, the overall environment is good and the breakfast is delicious. But the hotel room design is very unreasonable. The entrance to the room is on the second floor, but there is a narrow staircase right after opening the door. It's great, the environment is good, the room is large, the breakfast buffet is good, the scenery is very pleasant, and the three swimming pools have different feelings. The service was excellent. We needed a price bed, and the hotel staff quickly brought it to us and helped move it upstairs!

Unimpressed Our apartment was spacious and well equipped - great to have a coffee machine! However, we did not appreciate the small ants(?) which infested the whole place, including the lounge seats, and the odd cockroach. Reception said they could not do anything. What happens - do you just let the whole place be overrun by insects before acting? The place was cleanish but there was someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom (yuk) and the place could do with a really good clean (beyond what a cleaner presumably does). There was no soap in the wash basin dispenser. We called reception - no answer, we went to reception and told them - nothing happened, we phoned again the next day and it was fixed very quickly. The following day the soap ran out in the shower. Gave up after that and used our own soap. Overall, given the high cost of the rooms, we were not at all impressed. A very bad experience for our overseas visitors. Breakfast very expensive and OK but not great. And you have to pay extra for a proper coffee. Bad.
