This hotel is 'grand' indeed. You cannot beat its beach front location, friendly staff, ample parking and luxorious rooms. The Historic Large rooms are superb: spacious, adjustable lighting, smart-tv, bath and the use of wood paneling. They should however not charge the SDG fee separate from the room price, that is less transparent.

I'm a repeat guest love this Hotel because of it location. Had a great north sea view room on the 6th floor with the new bath room. The entire staff is helpful & Friendly and some go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. The staff at checkin was very helpful Britt & Saskia Handgraaf in guest relations took care of details like getting me fresh milk for my in room espresso maker a big improvement over powder milk . The breakfast room is always a treat and the restaurant on the beach Breakers is a delight to dine especially when you have friends & family visiting . I used the spa 3 different times for a deep tissue massage to help relived a sports injury and Gabrielle from Brazil did a great job. Fabulous place to stay great food and bar and love the bitterballen & draft beer during happy hour!

luxurious old / art deco style hotel. kind and good reception service. spacious room, and quiet. beds were confortable. facilities nice and spacious bathroom. breakfast offer is great and various choices proposed but rather expensive. parking is proposed and convenient. location is excellent, access to the beach lovely. a minus point is the water temperature did not remain constant despite any flow chosen, fluctuating from cold to warm, whatever the schedule in the day. A pity for such price and global offer.

Great place, nice location at the sea, easy parking if you arrive by car. Excellent restaurants (Breakers, La Terrasse) with an attentive service. Delicious breakfast served in the morning. Clean rooms with all amenities needed. Dogs welcome under certain restrictions.

Top service in top faciliteit. Alles klopt in dit hotel, het personeel, de faciliteiten en de ambiance. Als gast voel je je vanaf het eerste moment welkom en aan niets ontbreekt het. Een ware parel aan de Noordzee en een van de weinige strandhotels met een dito strand restaurant.

Alle luxe en comfort die je hoopt te vinden bij een hotel! Echt geen puntje van kritiek te vinden, elke keer weer een groot feest hier te mogen verblijven! De ligging is uiteraard heerlijk, direct aan het strand en bij een leuke winkelstraat en diverse horeca.

We zijn hier geweest i.v.m. een bezoek aan de Theaterhangaar en we werden vriendelijk ontvangen en bediend. Het is een mooi luxe hotel met klassieke uitstraling en prima voorzieningen. De kamer, het bed, het sanitair, allemaal dik in orde. Alleen het dekbed was erg warm. Ook het ontbijt buffet was dik in orde, veel keus en alles ruim voorzien.

Wat is het genieten langs de Noordwijkse kust. We verbleven in een prachtige Historic kamer met uitzicht op zee die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen in buitengewoon lekkere bedden. In de ochtend hebben we genoten van een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet waar het je aan niets ontbreekt. De mensen die in het hotel werken zijn allen zeer vriendelijk en doen er alles aan het je naar het zin te maken! Kortom een echte aanrader dit hotel en de faciliteiten van het hotel aan te doen!
