Clean, provides the basics. Shower was hot; cold water only at bathroom sink. Kitchen sink needs hot water to help with cleanup. Bedding was comfortable5 minute walk to SuperFoods plaza. 10 minute walk to beach. Bike rentals nearby. Pool was nice. Needs a better TV/cable.

Benefits:

- air conditioning
- lots of extra supplies in room (cooler and chairs for beach, pans and dishes)
Setbacks:
- no ventilation in bathroom. The bathroom started to stink up the apartment after a couple of days
- dirty sheets upon arrival
- no follow-through from owner for supplies for BBQ
