Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

First, I want to thank Davidson at the front desk for all he did and tried to do to rectify all of the issues we experienced while here. Now, my wife and I came here for out honeymoon and was supposed to have a honeymoon suite with an ocean view. They checked us into a room on the 6th floor facing a wall. I immediately went back to the front desk to inquire about this and was told we would have to stay in tye subpar room until the next day. The next day they came to retrieve our luggage at 11 and informed us we had to leave the room we were in and the other room wouldn't be ready until 3. We had no access to our luggage to change or use personal items. Guests celebrating their honeymoon with us wil receive the following amenities: Surprise welcome gift in their room. Small bottle of Champagne King bed Late check-out Complimentary upgrade to next available room category We received none of the above and after inquiring more than a few times we were given a bottle of Champagne on Thursday. We arrived Monday. We called room service for lunch and waited more than an hour before we called to ask about our order and was told what we ordered (cheeseburger and fries) were for the Elite Club guests only. I asked why weren't we told that at the time we placed the order or why didn't they call back to inform us and was told ”my mistake”. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We resolved to enjoy our honeymoon and not let these issues ruin it for us but it was difficult. Asked for a late check out today (an hour) and was told no, they have to get our room ready for the next guest. Where was this accommodation when we checked in? This place has left a bad taste for us and we will not return and steer people away from here.
Courtyard Aruba Resort

Originally called The Mill Resort, there is a windmill next to it. Since turning into a Courtyard, the overall tone has improved and the service seems to be average. Room service only cleaned the floor and changed bath towels. Every day, the sun loungers by the pool were filled with bath towels by American aunts. Room facilities are good, there is a small refrigerator and microwave, bathroom space is very spacious. The beggar room that I set up did not eat at the hotel. The breakfast at the Mimosa restaurant under the windmill was about $ 10, which is more cost-effective than having a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Brickell Bay Beach Resort Aruba, Trademark by Wyndham

We stayed for 5 days at the hotel and our experience could not have been better! The hotel is extremelly clean from the room to the lounge and breakfast area, the girls are always making sure everything is spot on! The staff is all very friendly and made sure we had a fantastic stay at all times. The location is amazing, very close to the beach, main shops and also have beach service with chairs, towels and chickees. I would like to thank all the staff at Brickell for our amazing time in Aruba!
Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino, an IHG Hotel

This is the friendliest and happy place on earth. The entire staff is accommodating as soon as you enter the resort. We love seeing Leabitt Reynoso at the palapa hut. His great personality along with others is the reason I will return to the Holiday Inn several times a year. We love this resort!
Aruba Blue Village Hotel and Apartments

My wife and I stayed here from 2-6-24 to 2-16-24 and we had a fantastic experience. All of the people here go over and above to help and assist you. They were always willing to go the extra mile and were always smiling when they did. Everyone was awesome!! The apartments were basic, but spotless. Very clean and comfortable. The two pools were well maintained and clean. The grounds were well kept. The restaurant was excellent. Limited menu, but everything was fresh and delicious. The room cost was very reasonable and having free breakfast included every day was a major plus. This was not buffet style, it was your custom order. Location was also great, as we had a car rental. Too far to walk to the beach, but close to restaurants, stores, etc. All in all, we would definitely return and are in the process of scheduling that now. Thank you Tamoya and the ABV Team!!!!!
Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino

So let me start by saying this was probably my 17th or 18th visit to this hotel. I was there in February and the construction was much less. The construction was a bit much this time. The noise is not constant and the vibe without Gilligans is very weird to me. Probably the most bothersome, was the fact that you cannot walk directly across the street so the idea of the location of the Hilton being so wonderful kind of gets ruined. the beach was beautiful and uncrowded, another reason I love the Hilton so much. We were very disappointed that bingo is not for money anymore. It is now free but to me even if it was for less money it would be much more fun. It is something that I always look forward to doing each day while I am on the property. We stayed at the Palm Beach club level-I cannot say enough wonderful things about the new area it is in. The service was impeccable. I was extremely disappointed that Matilda was transferred downstairs-she was such a wonderful employee in the Palm Beach club and she is greatly missed. Other guests that have frequented the Palm Beach club before also said they are missing Matilda also known as the queen. While we were disappointed that she was not there we did get wonderful service from Afroze, Erma, Kim, and others. The club now has its own chef, Terrick Sommerville, his food was incredible. What a great addition!!! I also must mention Marielle Smeets, her service and accommodating us for the palapas was wonderful. The new manager Jen was also wonderful helping us fix our reservation.
