I would like to review the management and quality of the Mida Ngamwongwan hotel staff. There are many parts to mention. 1. The receptionist, although few but the service is very good. And friendly 2. The rooms are clean and the standard is very good. 3. Restaurant Especially the breakfast tastes good, there are many items to choose from. Eat according to the standard of a 4-star hotel 4. The meeting room is good, with standard equipment and the service staff are very helpful. Of course, I will come back to use the service again next time. Thank you very much. An old hotel next to the swannapum branch of Rachamoncon University in non tabley city. Although the deterioration is somewhat advanced, it is good to have a long-established luxury feeling everywhere. The rooms are covered with marble panels on the floor, and the bed is super large and comfortable. The hotel reception staff was also impressed with the traditional costume of Thailand and responded quickly and politely. The surroundings of the hotel are far from the hustle and bustle area and are calm environments. The building of this hotel is about 100 meters from the Chao Praya River, and it can be limited from the upper floor to the Chao Praya River. The location is bad in non tabley where road traffic is terrible. The adverse effect of the recent road development which used the three-dimensional crossing is not so good in the GPS, and the accessibility is never good even in the satellite city of Bangkok.

I feel very sorry for the staff at this hotel who are forced to work under extreme pressures due to the manager’s and the owner’s sheer ignorance, incompetence and money grabbing attitude. After paying around $1,000 to stay here during the quarantine period, I have not received a single edible meal from the hotel, the WiFi is intermittent at best, the bed is rock hard with a ginormous pillow and you will be charged and extra near $100 dollars to smoke in an OUTSIDE area. I have been forced to pay a substantial amount of extra money just in order to survive in here, despite the promise of food, internet and relative comfort during my 14 night stay. (Even the fruit comes with insects already feeding on it, or rotting!) It’s closer to a prison than a hotel! Three staff members here (Tangkwa, Jah and Ni) are the only benefit of the hotel and I am really not sure how they manage with the volume of complaints they must receive from customers here! It’s beyond a joke and I would recommend not putting yourself through the torture. Pay a little more for another ASQ as you will end up paying through the nose for extra things just to get you through! The owner is cowardly and extremely unprofessional! AVOID THIS HELL HOLE Tangkwa, Jah and Ni, please do yourselves a favour and get yourself away from here ASAP you guys deserve so much better and I would like to thank you (and only you) for trying your best to make the experience more bearable although it’s near on impossible.

Right it's good experience I'm booking first time for 1 night on 22 March 2024 but when I feel intrest in this hotel I booking twice nights location in Nonthaburi very closed from blue sky train and its quite city the hotel look as modern and clean rooms and nice staff also offer good breakfast if you like add extra small money you can choose what eat like theres many options I recommend it if you want live in this area also theres seven eleven near and also restaurants not far and had elevator I wish can used again thanks
