Zero frills, zero comfort, very poor value at list price . Acceptable at 50-70% ”discounted” rate. (1200-1500baht). Our room was described as ”city” view but I think they misspelled it.

It's a convenient place to stay, not too far from the Bang Kaso MRT station. You can walk for a short time. At the counter below, the service is good. The room is okay but the mattress is a little hard. The maid's bathroom cleaning is not very neat. The mirror at the sink still had stains like a wet cloth had been wiped on it. But overall is good

The good points are that the air conditioner is cool, the water is warm, and the bathroom is big. The door must be closed with force, causing a loud noise, probably in every room on the 5th floor. Because the room doesn't keep sound, you can hear other rooms closing the door very loudly.

Everyone is friendly. The air conditioning works very well. There is plenty of hot water. You can wash clothes on the second floor. The mini-mart next door has cheap food and drinks. There are many restaurants a short walk away.
