I have stayed here before in 2019, and was very pleased to return in 2023. The hotel is very good value. All the staff are very helpful, and I was helped by Lucky when I had to copy important data from a CD. The food is very good, with a really big choice for breakfast. I am a bit fussy about food, but no difficulty finding what I liked. The room service food is also good. Everywhere is very clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to a friend. Another very important thing for me , is that the MRT station is only a few metres away. There is a bridge to cross the road making access easy and safe. There is a supermarket nearby. Big thank you to all the staff.

A small hotel along Tiwanon Street in non tabley. Bed by cruise hotel is located just across the road, and it seems to be the management property of the same owner from the furnishings and service contents in the room. The accommodation fee itself is set at the same level, but there is a clear amount of bed by cruise hotel on the opposite side in the comfort and quality of the room. Although there are few special things to note in the rooms and the hotel itself, it is a semi automatic elevator that seems to have remodeled a small elevator for business. There is no door partition of the elevator that should be normally available, and the inner wall of the building is directly approached, and it is interesting with the middle 々 thrill. The soundproofing measures are 々 firm for the corner of the therma key intersection with a large traffic volume, and the silence in the room is 々. In addition, there are many stalls and convenience stores around the hotel. However, the oldness of the basic hardware of the room is undeniable and I want to ask for drastic improvement.

Very very unhappy with the customer service. I made a booking yesterday SEP 26, and I paid a deposit. I didn't notice I made a mistake with the date, so instead of 5 night next week, I booked one night same say as booking day. Not sure how that happened but it did. So I called them next day early morning as soon as I noticed the mistake, and they asked me to email them. No reply for few hours and I called the again and again, and I asked a Thai friend to talk to them in Thai. All I was asking was to correct the wrong day and I wanted to refund 1600 baht that I paid as deposit and pay the rest of the fee for correct days. Unfortunately after few times calling them and talking to the manager, they refused to refund and their policy is the deposit is non- refundable. With respect to their policy, in some situations like this you need to have a better customer service as a 3.5-4 star hotel. If I wanted to book for SEP 26, I should have shown up n check in, which I obviously didn't, and they had my number and email, but they didn't contact me to see why I didn't check in??? You might not like it but it's nothing but a rip off and cheating. Very unhappy. Not recommended at all. SEP 27,2024.

I feel very sorry for the staff at this hotel who are forced to work under extreme pressures due to the manager’s and the owner’s sheer ignorance, incompetence and money grabbing attitude. After paying around $1,000 to stay here during the quarantine period, I have not received a single edible meal from the hotel, the WiFi is intermittent at best, the bed is rock hard with a ginormous pillow and you will be charged and extra near $100 dollars to smoke in an OUTSIDE area. I have been forced to pay a substantial amount of extra money just in order to survive in here, despite the promise of food, internet and relative comfort during my 14 night stay. (Even the fruit comes with insects already feeding on it, or rotting!) It’s closer to a prison than a hotel! Three staff members here (Tangkwa, Jah and Ni) are the only benefit of the hotel and I am really not sure how they manage with the volume of complaints they must receive from customers here! It’s beyond a joke and I would recommend not putting yourself through the torture. Pay a little more for another ASQ as you will end up paying through the nose for extra things just to get you through! The owner is cowardly and extremely unprofessional! AVOID THIS HELL HOLE Tangkwa, Jah and Ni, please do yourselves a favour and get yourself away from here ASAP you guys deserve so much better and I would like to thank you (and only you) for trying your best to make the experience more bearable although it’s near on impossible.

I would like to review the management and quality of the Mida Ngamwongwan hotel staff. There are many parts to mention. 1. The receptionist, although few but the service is very good. And friendly 2. The rooms are clean and the standard is very good. 3. Restaurant Especially the breakfast tastes good, there are many items to choose from. Eat according to the standard of a 4-star hotel 4. The meeting room is good, with standard equipment and the service staff are very helpful. Of course, I will come back to use the service again next time. Thank you very much.
