"I booked this hotel because it was near the Sea adventure but v upset & disappointed that it was closed since Covid, not even updated in the website. Basically, nothing much to go near this hotel, except the beach there. The hotel staff was kind enough to shuttle us to Montigo resort when they learn of our situation. However, the facilities there are meant for those Montigo hotel guests & other visitors need to pay extra fees."

"It’s our first trip to this resort and we are really impressed with the place. There is a free transfer from nongsapura ferry terminal to the hotel even when we arrived on the last ferry. All the hotel staffs we met are friendly and helpful even though some of them do not speak/understand english very well. We booked the room with sea view and the view is beautiful. Lounge has live band till 12 midnight as well. There’s also room service for food till 9pm and the food is nice. The complimentary breakfast spread is not too bad as well. We will definitely come again. My emails to them are also replied promptly."

"Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too.
Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre.
The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉"

"I chose Montigo Resort Nongsa to celebrate my partner's birthday, and honestly, they made it special. I left a note mentioning that it was my partner's birthday and the team truly went the extra mile to surprise him in the evening with a birthday cake with candles all ready, and even a sweet ”Happy Birthday” spelt out with flowers on our bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, huge props to the team for that effort!
The view from our private pool at night is stunning. It was so peaceful with sky full of stars and we were able to see the lights of Singapore across the water from our room. The resort location isn't exactly convenient as it sits outside of the Batam central area where all the malls are at, but this is definitely the place for a quiet and chillax weekend getaway.
The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the breakfast spread and water. The breakfast was below standard type of bad in terms of taste and available selection for a resort of this price point. More importantly is that we did notice quite some small black bits floating around in the pool, and the water for the bathtub had this yellow tinge (we leave it running for 20 min and it's still slightly yellow, and the water flowing out turned cold after 20 min). Although, these weren't a huge deal-breaker cause both of us don't use the bathtub, but it's something I think the resort should seriously look into if they are positioning themselves as a high-end resort.
Overall though, despite that the issues, our stay at Montigo Nongsa was fantastic. The amazing service, especially that lovely birthday surprise, and those incredible nighttime views completely won us over. If they can just sort out the water situation, it would be absolutely top-notch. We're already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!"

"It’s my third time to Turi and it’s another great stay again. The staff were excellent and the rooms were nice, spacious and had a great sea view. However, I booked the room on the Tirta Wing but got the Riani room instead which was disappointing. Still, the Riani room was more private and the toilet was much more spacious. Hope to return again and thank you for the warm hospitality."

GGuest UserPoor circulation. The public toilet on the 3rd floor next to the elevator is not flushed properly so the smell spreads everywhere. The staff is not concerned to check because the situation has been like that for hours. There are stains on the cups in the room so it looks dirty. When I first turned on the AC, the smell was really bad, so I opened the window for 10 minutes before the smell went away. Overall it's okay. The bedroom-bed-bathroom are clean.
