Radisson Hotel Nola Naples Reviews

I liked this hotel and rebooked it again 3 days layer when I returned to Nola. The hotel is well-priced, has a 24/7 counter staff to attend to all your needs if ever needed. The hotel is clean, modern and has a private garage to give you peace-of-mind. Well located with restaurants on both its side. Wei restaurant has well-priced food that is cheap and good. There is also a cafe/bar/restaurant next to it for late night drinks and Michelin-star restaurant. Just walking distance away there is also an authentic and popular pizza restaurant that is popular with the locals. Supermarkets within a stone's throw make this hotel location a thumbs up.

Good and clean but far from city

All new Radisson in Nola, excellent location if you have business in the area. Super clean, super modern and excellent breakfast

Very good, it was very noisy in the middle of the night, notified the front desk and immediately changed the room, the service staff did not speak English well, but this is a common phenomenon. Remember that this location is not in Naples but in a town called Nora in the Naples province

The hotel is well decorated, and there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs. The only problem is that the shower room is too small, and the door handle will hit your body, so you have to be very careful when taking a shower. This is a flaw, I will come again

The front desk was very friendly. This hotel is relatively good in Naples. There are several supermarkets around. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing is that the transportation to Naples is not so convenient. I suggest you take the train.

The room is quite big, but the shower room is too small, it's hard to turn around, the breakfast is average, the price is moderate

Nice country hotel

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. At my first stay the ground floor flooded. At night the bar had live music and kept guests up until late at night. The location is convient so I decided to give it another go. It was off season so I banked on the live music not happening. I booked a room and I paid up front. I go to the area regularly as my son karts at a local kart track. Due to work commitments I was unable to arrive on the arrival day, so I messaged the hotel and I them asked to swap out the name on the room to a colleague who was supporting my son, but would arrive the next day. Despite me paying in advance for my room the hotel resold my room and they refused to give me a refund. if a customer has not paid for a reservation and does not show up on time it’s understandable for the hotel to sell the room. In this instance I paid in full and the room was mine. Instead of resolving this issue they refused to give me a refund. I get it Radisson, you value the $700, more than my life time custom. Keep it and best of luck. I’ll never stay at this hotel or any Radisson again.

I made a big mistake booking a room at Radisson outside Naples, Italy. I needed to swap the name on the room last minute as I was unable to fly. I was due to land late last night so I called this morning, by which time they given away my room and told me the 700 I had spent on the room was non-refundable. I simply don’t trust Radisson and will never stay with them again. I hope they enjoy the 700 because they have lost a customer for life.

The building is new and the rooms are very well decorated and modern. Breakfast is in a small rooms with lots of sweet treats for those who love sugar in the morning. Personally I loved the fresh fruit and tea. The main problem we had in the room was the air conditioning that has to be turned off by reception every single day and the emergency light inside the room that keeps it from being dark. We also had a situation with reception on the first day because we had two reservations: they called the room and without even saying hello just said when are you gonna leave? Only when we said we were staying for a week they realized the mistake. Not nice. still the hotel is a good option for people on business trips.
