We are currently on a group trip. The beds are very uncomfortable, they move and make noise. There is no consideration for a double bed. The trash can was dirty, a sign that the room was not really cleaned. There is a dog in the next room that sometimes barks. I don't think I would recommend anyone to come here.

I don’t mean to be combative in this review, and it’s partially my fault, however I asked someone to book this room for me, and they booked it incorrectly. I wanted a room at Hotel Bel Sit in Milan, and instead a stay at Hotel BelSito was booked. I asked for a refund and a cancellation three days before the booking, and they refused to cancel the booking and provide a refund. I’m told that it was made as a prepaid room/non refundable, however I think it’s ridiculous that any hotel would flat out refuse a cancellation and a refund. I contacted them several times with no response, and was recharged after filing a dispute through my bank. The Hotel said “ the goods were delivered in good quality” but again I never stayed here. I was going to a festival in Milan, and was supposed to be booked in Milan. I expect any reputable and good business to make exceptions, especially when the space wasn’t used and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. It’s a money grabber kind of scheme and I wouldn’t even bother booking here. It’s just not worth it if something happens to you for any reason, or if a mistake was made.

Hotel out of the way, with nothing around where groups are taken. The bedding is poor quality, I could feel the springs. Nice view from the room but soundproofing problem and there were young people (schoolchildren) who were really annoying, but it didn't matter according to the manager, they are young people, they have the right to have fun and disturb other guests until 3am. The room is old, the bathroom tiny: the door bangs against the sink and when you sit on the toilet seat which moves your knees touch the accordion closure of the shower. No shower head, by the way, just a fixed shower head and no shower cap provided. I have rarely seen that in a 4 star hotel. The meals were generally ok but this 4 star hotel gives small plastic spoons for breakfast and evening meals!! In short, I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Nola, camere pulite, ottima colazione, personale gentile e cortese, soprattutto la ragazza della reception, cena con opzioni vegane, piscina a vista ristorante, unica pecca, a mio avviso, gli arredi un po' datati. Di sicuro ci ritorno.

Albergo in posizione comoda per visitare Pompei e Caserta. L’albergo è pulito ma avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. Nella nostra camera avevamo lenzuola pulite ma strappate, asse wc pulito ma rotto, maniglia del Box doccia rotto. Personale gentile. Passabile, ma non ci ritornerei.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Personale cordialissimo e stanze pulite. Buona e variegata la colazione all' italiana e continentale, con anche frutta fresca. Comodo il parcheggio nel cortile, anche se un po' affollato se l'hotel è pieno. La piscina è piccolina, ma accessibile. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante. Per servizi, stanze, oggetti cortesia, bevande a colazione erogate da una macchinetta è più un tre stelle per qualità e prezzo.
