Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The theme yellow white is supremely pleasent to the eyes. I came for a business trip, hotel is superb clean, professional staff members, great amenities to offer, free mini bar in the lobby to attract customers. Cafe has a little menu, lesser to offer but taste is good.

Location of the property is reachable at one shot. Interior, cleanliness and maintenance is well mannered. Hospitality of the staff and each member at the property is very nice. I have visited the property very first time and i would love to come back to again in future. Also the food is amazing. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Hotel Noida International

We got the classic Room which is the Medium priced variant. The person at Reception said its a King size bed. But i dont think it was even a Queen size Bed. I know this because, at Home i have a Queen size bed and i am 6 feet tall. I can sleep comfortably on my homes Queen size bed without my leg jutting out. Here half of leg was going out of the Bed. So, it was not even a Queen size bed. The room i got had no Window for Sunlight too. The whole hotel has a plumbing issue which causes water leakage in the entire building. Right in front of the lift, they have a gaping hole with leaking water and they have just covered it with Plastic cover instead of fixing it. The room and Toilet are all very dirty. There are some spots on the floor. And it was not cleaned even after we gave the Room for cleaning. Out of 6 days stay, the room was cleaned only on one day. For the next 3 days, i kept asking them to clean the Room, but they did not do it even after several promises. They dont change the Bed spreads too at the time of cleaning, or change the towel. At home, i am used to changing Towels every day. There is no place to hang the Wet towel apart from the Bathroom cloth hanger. The other thing is they dont clear the Dust bin during cleaning. They will change the Cover if the Dust bin is completely full. This is the response i got from a Cleaning person. Cleaning persons also put very loud music during Room cleaning which is disturbing. Room service food is safe and good if you have Tawa Roti and veggies like Aloo Gobi or Aloo Mutter. We had Chinese on last day and my son had Loose motions. The Worst thing is the Hotel is occupied by Bachelors who party so Loud with Music and keep banging the Doors all night that its difficult to sleep. They dont say anything to them. The lift also keeps making loud noises all through the night. Morning breakfast area is OK, and it has Dhaba style Round tables for having breakfast. They give decent Veg Buffet breakfast which has 3 items typically everyday, first wheat based item, second Bread sandwitch and third Poha ***** with Tea. Dishes could be good or bad on different days. The sink water was also Giving a shock while using it on the first day, but they fixed the issue quickly when i complained. So, i have to say the Supervisor and the Security Guards are very helpful. Front office staff are very responsive too. Finally, i wish to say this Hotel is good for Bachelors or for one night standers willing to pay a low price, not for families. Families, please get a better Hotel paying twice as much at other locations.
