Lift was not working, rooms were not maintained, washroom was not attended to properly before check-in.

I visited first time with my wife. We are fully disappointed. TV is not working, wifi is not working. Don't get proper response from reception as well. We ordered curd rice and rice and veg sandwiches and it was not even properly cooked. Not satisfied with the services. Waste of money. Not recommended.

Hotel rooms were not properly cleaned and the room was smelling alot. There is no welcome drink like water, coffee etc.

I could not rate it as excellent for the following reasons:
1. The remotes for the tv and ac did not work 2. The lift was not functional 3. I had to demand for basic amenities such as towel, soap etc. Not automatically given. 4. The water in the tap is very salty and cannot use for brushing teeth. Good things :
1. Comfortable room, spacious and clean bed 2. The aircon and geezer worked well 3. Friendly staff and supportive nature
4. Good location and transpotation was easy 5. Calm and quiet area.
