This was my second visit to Radisson Blu, Noida. All staff at the hotel are great. Attention to detail by the Concierge desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping, security team at the entrances were all wonderful. The house keeping team Lal Bahadurji, Desk person Amritansh, Anokhe Ji,Chandani, Abhishek ,Saurabh kumar (Housekeeper Manager) were all very courteous and helpful. The room was always very well serviced. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. The gym has good equipment, clean and well maintained.

Hotel stay overall was a good experience. I was there for almost three (3) weeks for business. Housekeeping stood out the most - Lal Bahedur was outstanding and very attentive to my needs.

The room was spacious, neat and absolute clean. Bed was cozy with fluppi pillows. The housekeeping staff - Mr. Satyendra and Bhanu were so genius to make leaf and flower pattle arts made on the bed, extending a warm welcome. The Ganpati model with Towel and rose pattles is awesome. Food was of excellent. Our overall stay in Radission Blu, Sector 18 Noida was very comfortable.

The ambience was vibrant, the food was genuinely well-crafted, and everything felt smooth — but what really made the evening memorable was Liza. She was extremely attentive without being intrusive, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and handled every detail of the celebration with precision. From helping us plan the small surprise to ensuring the service stayed seamless throughout, she genuinely elevated the entire experience. If you’re planning a special occasion, this place is a safe bet — and if you’re lucky enough to have Liza attending to your table, you’re sorted. Highly recommended.
