Our trip at Park Ascent was very comfortable. I would like to specially mention the manager Mr. Varun Rohila who took special care that we are comfortable and worked a way out according to all our request. He was especially polite and Park Ascent is lucky to have such a gem with them!

Hotel is at the good location! Furniture needs to be fixed in certain rooms. Buffet should have more vegetarian options ( dinner )

The room is spacious. But the room is quite old. The bathroom has a bathtub but no shower. Clean and fragrant towels There was only a small amount of tissue paper. Used it 2 times and it was gone. It should have been replaced with a new one for the customer. Or put a new roll in just in case. Overall, it's considered usable, not bad.

Food too worst, I am staying here for 7days and still more seven days to go, this is unfare to me, I have compailt the cheff but still he is not listening, everything worst, idly too strong sambar more sweet, pottato is more salt, I think you have to change a cheff

Terrible service.... oversmart staff hotel is good but staff is not courteous and pleasent especially front office staff... oversmart staff not showing good intentions of service to their guests...delayed chekin n checkout...not even helping with my luggage .. overrated
