Hotel Ascent Biz

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After checkout, I requested them to keep my luggage for a few hours. They stored it in their so-called “safe room,” which shockingly was open to any staff member — no control, no supervision. When I later checked my belongings, I discovered that my silver coin had been stolen from a purse that was zipped and kept inside a box. When I confronted the staff, they were extremely rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. The Sales Manager, Sanjay Kumar, behaved arrogantly and refused to take any responsibility. They conveniently claimed that no CCTV cameras were working, clearly to avoid accountability. To make matters worse, they made up excuses and refused to share contact details of higher authorities, showing how deeply unprofessional and dishonest their management is. One of the receptionists even admitted that others had complained about similar incidents, which makes it obvious that theft and negligence are recurring problems here. This hotel is not only unsafe but also run by staff who have no ethics, no discipline, and no respect for guests. I strongly urge everyone — do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. Your belongings are not safe, and if something goes wrong, you will be met with lies, arrogance, and zero accountability. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry and should be strictly avoided.

We booked an Executive room this time, expecting an upgrade from our previous stay in a basic Superior room. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The room was almost the same size as the Superior room, with no sofa or even a sofa chair. To make matters worse, there was no window, making the space feel extremely claustrophobic. The bathroom was another major letdown. The design was poorly thought out, with the door banging into the washbasin, making it awkward and inconvenient to use. The only positive aspect of our stay was the food, which was satisfactory. However, considering the higher tariff for the Executive room, it was absolutely not worth the price. Overall, a waste of money for an "upgraded" experience. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Stayed here for one night as I was on a business visit in NOIDA. Room & washroom was small size but good and have all facilities. Buffet brekafast was good with wide spread. Cleanliness and overall amibience was also very good. There was loud music coming in the night but I could sleep well.

We visit Oak Bar & Bistro very frequently for our corporate cocktail Dinner. I appreciate Mr. Yogesh and his staff for arranging everything in a professional manner. Food, drinks, ambience, services are all amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an awesome hospitality.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Hotel and great Barrack 62.it was a great stay here, specially thanks to Mr.yogesh for being so coprative, We will visit soon again your place, Breakfast was great and staff were very nice and friendly

I went to the restaurant and had the greatest food .. the draught beer suggested to me was so good 😊 n I had an awesome grilled chicken 🤤😋 the manager was so kind enough to give me a tour of his other restaurant .. ❤️❤️ definitely coming back here 😁😁
