Good hotel with well appointed rooms. Clean and comfortable. Stayed one night with breakfast included. Value for money.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I've been travelling around Asia for a while and I've never encountered anything like this.
The price was about €100 per night, it shouldn't be legal to charge for this.
Starting with the facilities: dirty and neglected, in the dream you'll find dead bugs.
We continue with the hotel supplies: in one afternoon the power went out 4 times, I'm talking about one afternoon but it was in 1 hour.
The breakfast is poor.
The rooms are a mess. Dirty floors, stained sheets, the shower full of lime, the shower curtain multicoloured (see photos).
When I arrived and saw the room I asked to change rooms to a clean one, to no one's surprise they gave me a room exactly the same as the one they had wiped clean.
I recommend coming on Halloween if you want to go to the hotel of horrors.

The management is rude and if you are a single woman traveling it is definitely not the place. They are inconsiderate and harassing...calls can come at 10.40 pm. It is ridiculous and it also seems like a 'sorry'can fix everything for them. If you are travelling for golf it is definitely not the place because then you either have to leave your golf kit outside or your suitcase outside.

Room service was very prompt. Reception was very cooperative with everything. Food was nice. The restaurant staff was also very cooperative and ensured that food was delivered on time. Soni and Vardhan at the reception were very sweet and ensured that I had everything I needed for my stay.

Wonderful stay, nice hospitality, well organised staff. Delicious food and enjoyable atmosphere. Special appreciation to Vardhan for his light and friendly behaviour. I like location as well, we can go in mall and spend time with family.

Name :- Deepaksinh Zala Very good hotel with comfort and food.Staff is also very supportive and good nature.Like to stay here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Would definitely stay again. Disappointed with the amenities. Room service was slow, and the pool was too cold. Loved the modern decor and comfortable beds. The restaurant was top-notch! Had a terrible experience. The AC didn't work, and the noise from the street was unbearable. Great value for money. Basic but clean rooms, and the staff were helpful.

Excellent service and food at this hotel.. highly recommended for travelers to the IEML exhibitions.. very clean and hygenic.. special mention on Soni as front desk who always greets you with a smile and makes your day great.. pls stay to experience this .. greatly recommend!!

Stay was very good. Staff members are very good here and rooms are also very good. Service here was very good. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay there again. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options.

Excellent cleanliness and service. Nice stay in here to come for meetings. hotel near to mall Soni is good at reception so thanks to her. For comfortable and good stay, this hotel has a nice view and location is good . Amazing location and food quality.
