The Metro Stay by F9 Hotels

The rates were too high compare to facilities. Bathroom geyser was leak. Shower holes were broken. Pillow covers were not clean. Morning tea before 9 am not available at hotel. Bed sheet was very thin. Lift was kept off after 9 pm. Breakfast was good. Staff is good. Worth for max per day only.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars! My family and I had an unbearably terrible experience here during one of the most difficult times of our lives. My uncle passed away, and we had to book multiple rooms for our grieving relatives. The management completely deceived us—what they showed us initially as a sample was nowhere close to what we actually got. Disgusting Rooms & No Basic Amenities • The rooms were stinking, with no ventilation, making it impossible to breathe. It felt suffocating inside. • There were no water bottles provided in the rooms. • The bedsheets were dirty, torn, and unhygienic, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. • Washrooms were stinking, completely unclean, and barely usable. False Promises & Inconvenient Arrangements • They promised to provide extra mattresses for additional guests, but when we arrived, there was no space to even place the mattress inside the cramped rooms. • The geyser wasn’t working, which was a nightmare for those who needed hot water, especially the elderly in our family. Rude & Unprofessional Staff • The receptionist in the morning shift was unbelievably rude. Instead of being helpful, he acted as if we were a burden for simply expecting basic services. Overall Verdict – A Complete Disaster This hotel is nothing but a fraud. They tricked us into booking by showing well-maintained sample rooms and then gave us filthy, suffocating, and poorly maintained rooms. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and basic hospitality made our stay an absolute nightmare. If you value your health, sanity, and money, DO NOT STAY HERE. Avoid this place at all costs!
