The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet with efficient air conditioning. It's well-located with a pleasant view of the Marne River, though it's near a busy urban highway. Changing towels may incur additional charges.

The person who made the reservation for the guest didn't tell me how my stay was, but the guest didn't have any bad feedback, so it should be considered okay.

Do NOT arrive at this hotel after 8 PM ! There will be no reception, and yes entry is still possible if you have a telephone and patience. So you are stuck outside the door, then a remote "receptionist" (serving more than one hotel) will eventually give you codes and tell you what to do. Once inside, the room was OK , but forget the simple overpriced breakfast, much better to go to a local shop, and use the kitchen in your room to make your own. First and last time to stay in a hotel like this.

Wow Cher - no access Was glad we paid a upgrade with the wowcher provider for earlier flights as was a long way from airport to hotel . So we arrived at the hotel at 9pm after a day in the city to find the hotel has a intercom system and needs a code to access just as we thought no one was answering the door a couple came back to the hotel from a day out and we explained we have a room but no codes to get in they went to some safe box and found about 10 envelopes and we found ours and that was it . Didn't see reception at all. On request for wowcher deal we had asked for a twin room because we are friends sharing not couple we had a double bed and because there was no reception we couldn't amend this . I do not recommend wowcher deal or hotel

If i could give lower then i would ! I paid for my son and his girlfriend to go for 4 nights to celebrate his 21st birthday on a deal through wowcher. The flight time weren't great and i knew he wouldn't be arriving until around 12.30/1am, i had seen that the Reception closes early evening despite being advertised as 24hr front desk, so i emailed them to find out check in details. They reassured me and said they would email or text him full details how to check in late as they had a procedure in place which would be sent just before reception closed at 9pm. As my son was flying i couldn't check he had received it so i tried to call the Reception to check that they had sent it but no-one answered. Once he landed he messaged me to say he had received no email or text, i advised him to make his way over and there should be a number at the door to call. He arrived at 1.10am and there was no one around at the hotel and just an intercom system so he was trying desperately to get through to someone on the phone but no on was picking up. Luckily another 2 couples arrived, however they too had not received any codes/check in details so were in the same position so all 3 sets of couples were trying to contact someone. I advised him to check in to another hotel as is looked like they would be stuck outside all night with their luggage however just as they were about to go, someone actually picked up on the number after 50 minutes of trying !!! The person gave ones of the couple a code to get in and open a safe box where they found 5 envelopes with sets of keys in. They could at least get their rooms but unfortunate for another 2 couples who would be arriving and not be able to get in. This ruined the start of their holiday which was their first trip together. They didn't see any members of staff the whole time they were there and we have had no communication from the hotel at all despite having emailed them to complain. There has been no apology whatsoever, i would advise anyone to NOT book this hotel at all.

For the price I thought I couldn’t really complain. However, our shower was unusable - I was in the shower for around 5-10 minutes and realised the shower leaked and flooded the whole bathroom and bedroom. My husband and I ended up cleaning this ourselves and then had to move rooms. They staff didn’t really apologise for this - some of our clothes were on the floor and so ended up very damp. We were here for a wedding so thank god we hung up our wedding clothes and they didn’t get wet. The shower needs to be looked at if it is suitable as reading past reviews I can see a few people mentioning this. The hotel is cheap and is in a good location - once the window is closed you can’t hear the traffic but it is very close to the busy road (literally overlooking). The air con was broken throughout the entire building as well.

We stayed here in June 2024 for 4 nights as our base for a first visit to Paris. Upon arrivial on our first day, we found the reception door locked, even though it was during reception hours, but a quick buzz on the intercom and we were let in and greeted by a friendly lady. We had a truly terrifying moment when she could not find our booking (we had taken a print out of our confirmation) either with the confirmation number or the name of the booking, thankfully though she found it eventually! In terms of the room, we were on the second floor, with a view out over to the river and as others have said the road too. We found no issues with road noise, in fact, despite being able to see it, we could not really hear it from inside the room. Granted we kept the window closed the whole time, but that was because the Air conditioning unit, did a perfect job of keeping the room at an ok temperature. Our room was clean and the facilities in the appartment, were as we hoped and expected. We had a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, two hobs and plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery for the two of us. There was also a chopping board, a bread knife and bottle opener, alongside washing up liquid, a tea towel and a sponge. It was a slight shame not to be in a position to eat together, we had two chairs and a table and a desk, but we had to each sit and eat at one on our own. There was a wardrobe in the room, with plenty of space and coat hangers. The bed was comfy and there were two spare pillows in the wardrobe, which was a nice touch. My only slight criticism is although the bedding was clean, it had seen better days. There was a tear down the side of the duvet and a few questionable stains, that could have benefited from a hot wash and some stain remover. They weren't dirty but they could have looked better. The bathroom was a good space, the shower worked fine, the toiletries were fine and we had spare toilet roll in the bathroom cupboard. I couldn't get the heated towel rail to work but that was the only bathroom issue. I really liked that there was a closeable door between the living space and the hallway leading to the bathroom and main door. It meant you had a bit more of a noise blocker to the hallway and that if someone got up in the middle of the night, the bathroom light did not dominate the whole room. For those in other reviews who state this is in a poor location, we did not find that at all! RER Line E, is a 5 minute walk away and RER Line A is a 15 minute walk away. The trains are regular and we explorded pretty much the whole of Paris from here! We went to Notre Dame, Les invalides, Eiffel tower, Arc de triomphe, Champs d'elysee, Eglise saint Eustasche, Opera House, Louvre, Saint chapelle and Sacre coeur! All from those two lines as our starting point. If your willing to walk a short distance, it's really not an issue at all! The only other transport we used was the Batobus so that we could experience that. Near both l

I am a frequent traveler and this is one of the most horrible services ever seen in 20+ years of travel!!!! Highly DISrecommend it due to the cynical and disrespectful behavior of the " Directrice de l'etablissement " and her proteges. This aparthotel has very noisy ventilation and in addition, is located on a main avenue where the noise and vibrations of cars are heard 24/7. If you need normal sleep this is not the place to choose. Showers are almost inaccessible due to the tiny hole to access, as one of the two sliding doors is fixed permanently. The hotel is made from cheap materials making the noise propagate even more, and the shower falls in pieces generating safety issues (one can easily be hurt). Other clients had to wait hours locked in the parking before they can access the building and nobody is available at the reception in the evenings or during the weekends, despite this being announced as reception available 24/7. Most of the personnel is eating their food at the main entry hall, very small, most are unlawful (with very small exception), and makes clients feel unwelcome and unwanted. All personnel is foreigners. I made a request for a quiet room but cynically was given a room just under the roof where the ventilator can be heard the most and when I asked to be changed was given a room with a broken lock that could be opened even without a key, which makes one feel insecure. When I raised the issue I was told that "The personnel wanted to please me but that I cannot be allowed to check every single room to find a suitable room for myself, that the room is not noise, as the personnel is unable to hear any noise" which contradicted to the statement that "All quiet rooms are the first to be taken, so no quiet rooms are left and that I will not be reimbursed if I wanted to leave. The fact that the aparthotel could not provide me with a quiet room has not been communicated upon the reservation. I have stayed at several Adagio Aparthotels in Paris, this is by far the worst one.
