Wonderful stay. Very clean, friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast. Very easy to access to the train station and city centre. Will definitely come again if back to Verona. Would be better to add a kettle to the room

The hotel itself was lovely, but the staff were amazing - especially in the dining room, they couldn't have been more helpful! The hotel has pretty much everything you would need for somewhere you don't plan on spending any time in, and why would you with all the amazing Italian country side around?? The bedroom was huge and functional, so seemed a bit sp****, but again, you didn't need anything extra. The only problem is it's in the middle of nowhere, with only big outlet malls nearby. The front desk were really helpful though! When we arrived in the area we had no idea of public transport as there's not much help online, but the front desk had loads of information! The breakfast was pretty standard fare, but there was plenty of it and, as I said, the staff there were just amazing with their help (my partner has dietry requirements and they accomodated them so well, and actually went out of their way to do so).

Hotel management service very very poor and rude behaviour. Coffee matching in room but no water inside the Matchin to make the coffee. We requested them to fill the water but they didn’t do anything. Today Night shift Manager was so rude with us because we had water bottles in our hands and the water we get from outside but night shift Manager stop us rudely start talking why we get the water from gym room but we didn’t even go to the gym to get the water. We came with our family to stay comfortably but those kind of behaviour how can we find comfortable. We pay lots of money expect good service but Hotel expo is completely different. Finally I will suggest whoever try to book the hotel please please thank before you book your trip.

We have just returned from our stay and unlike others found the rooms very quiet and we were never disturbed by noise on the forth floor. The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean and equipped with what you would expect. More travel lodge than luxury but perfectly adequate for a city stay. Everything worked, staff were friendly and bus stops minutes away. Buses to the station (11) are easily accessed (from around the corner almost opposite Lidl) from where you can catch the 199 to the airport. The 164 to Lake Garda can be caught from a stop under five minutes walk away as can the 32 or 33 into the city centre. All day travel cards are €11 and cover the entire network. Individually the airport bus is €7 (single), travel to the city €1 (single) and to the lake (return) €6. All buses can be tracked on google and the app download from codes at the stops makes buying tickets easy and you then activate them via codes once you board. You can easily walk into town via several routes which takes about 20 minutes but after a few trips in the hot sun the bus was welcoming. Breakfast was international buffet style and fresh and well topped up no matter what time you visit.

The hotel is very beautiful and welcoming but I was particularly struck by the honesty of the staff. When I left I forgot an envelope with rings and earrings inside, a very precious pair of them. I hadn't even realized when they called to let me know. Unfortunately it had already happened to me on other occasions and I never found them again. Thanks again to the hotel staff!

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, great swimming pool. The people are very friendly. The only downside is that it is far away from the city center, and the transportation cannot work 24 hours a day, but everything else is fine

Hotel 3 stelle con sala conferenze che vale 4 stelle perchè manca la piscina. Parcheggio enorme gratis , camera perfettamente pulita con materassi medici stupendi, mi hanno tolto il male di schiena che ho da tempo. Personale e titolari magnifici di grande esperienza. Colonnina carica batterie auto elettriche nel cortile, stupendo. Bagno, con asciugacapelli Johnson , rubinetteria Grohe , ascensore grande per handicap. Colazione buona e abbondante buffet. Bar aperto per fino alle ore 24 .
