Love the location of the hotel. Near bus station. Walk distance to famous hell valley and many shop around it. The hot spring is good. The staff was nice and friendly.

The buffet dinner and breakfast have a lot of choices. Rooms were abit old but it's ok. Onsen was great

Old hotel but ok for the price point. Check in strictly at 3pm the Japanese room you have to layout your own mat. Food is ok not as big variety as the one at the end of the street. Open bath is small also.

Delicious Japanese-style buffet breakfast & dinner with various food choice. Counter staff are friendly & helpful to answer my queries. Spacious Japanese style room that we feel comfortable.

We requested for futon Room during booking and our request were fulfilled, happy with this. We were allowed to park our car in the carpark an hour earlier before check in which is a plus for their service. Hotel provided snow brush for cars. Servants are helpful and always greeting. Our futon beds are neatly ready to lay when we're back from dinner. Overall cleanliness is good. Public pool is good experience for my kids especially during snowing. We are happy with the buffet dinner and breakfast purchased during booking.

Nice Onsen and close to the highlight place.but breakfast finish too early like 9:00pm .So good for stay next time.😊

We were happy with the hotel and we had an enjoyable stay. Staff were helpful, amenities provided, breakfast was yummy, onsen was good and the mountain view was lovely.

Hotel abit old . But location is nice just opposite Bus station and walking distance with 10- 15 min to bear park or hell valley. 5 min walking distance to convenient store or some restaurant.

Carpark is located on the slope which is 3 mins walk from lobby, breakfast and dinner are fair, room is spacious, onsen renewed, overall: high cp!

easily to reach from noboribetsu JR station by bus. room is big and comfort. hot air provide during winter time. onsen spa is nice. breakfast and dinner are delicious.

Nice Japanese room hotel. Its really good ryokan experience here. They also provided the kimono for the kids. Japanese onsen is good, and the amenities provided are very complete. Location is good, just across the bus station. Its a short walk to bear park or jigokudani valley. Dinner is buffet style, food is just ok, but desserts are nice. Recommended for family

It wa clean and cosy accomodation. people were kind and nice. they provided qualified dinner and room condition.

Breakfast and lunch were the same offering both nights when we were there. Food was decent with a lot of options, and staff were friendly. Hotel is conveniently located along the small shopping street to hell valley with retail and eateries available. Outdoor onsen is a good experience.

Hotel is 1 min walking distance from Noboribetsu Onsen station. Required to take a 15 mins bus transportation from JR Noboribetsu which most travellers have to do it. Hotel is 15 mins walking distance to Hell Valley. It provides very wide variety of food, drinks and deserts for both dinner and breakfast. It also come with indoor onsen as well, highly recommended.
