Convenient location if you are planning a stroll by the Hell Valley and a visit to the Hokkaido bear center. Yummy dinner and breakfast (Japanese style), the hotel is a bit old but clean, nothing to die for but I guess it does the job.

Wonderful hospitality from the staff especially the lady who was assign to serve us. We could speak some English which was helpful. Her communication through action also works. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and really filled up our tummy.

The staff is very enthusiastic and the room is very unique, pure Japanese style, but unfortunately it is too old and not very comfortable. At this price, the cost performance is not very high.

Although the bath equipment is a bit older, you can enjoy the relaxation after taking a bath and your skin will be lubricated, but don't use it to wash your face! My eyes can’t stand it 😭 It includes two meals: breakfast from 7:00 to 8:00 and dinner from 17:00 to 18:00. You can choose the time period by yourself. They are all eaten in the room. The portion is quite large and the taste is up to standard. You need to be aware that breakfast will wake you up half an hour in advance to put away the bedding. It's a 15-minute walk from Hell Valley. There are very few people on the black sky road, but you will encounter deer. Hell Valley is so dark that I don't dare to go deep. You have to change buses when you get off JR Noboribetsu. Hokkaido buses are not easy to take for the first time. It is easy to get on the wrong side or miss the bus or take the bus past the stop. The overseas version of DIDI is not available locally. You can try Uber (I haven’t tried it) or the one in the picture. The phone number said that the driver at JR station should be able to understand it. It is most convenient to book a taxi at the hotel front desk, which costs about 136 yuan one way, and you can pay with Alipay.

The Japanese service was great, the luggage was wiped clean if it was a bit muddy. A typical traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, giving travelers who want to experience nostalgia a good feeling. Bathing in the hot springs here feels like a private bath, which is great.

There is a hotel inside Noboribetsu Hot Spring Street. It is smaller in size than other hotels, but it looks more like a traditional Japanese hotel and the price is relatively cheap. It is much more reasonable than before the epidemic. The hotel is divided into men's bath and women's bath. Cleaning starts at 9 o'clock every night and interchanges at 9:30. There are seicomart and 711 nearby in a 5-minute walk, and it's also a short walk to Hell Valley.

The hot spring time for women is before 9 o'clock in the evening, and the hot spring time for men is after 9:30. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor hot springs. I went to the hot springs before dinner and enjoyed my own private bath. I watched the stars in the sky outside. It was so beautiful. Enjoyed it! Breakfast will be delivered the next morning. I come here to fold the quilt before delivering breakfast. I am really embarrassed to be served like this! The service and civilization of Japanese hotels are really amazing!

There are only two time slots for breakfast, 7:00 and 7:30. I ordered to eat at 7:30, but at 7:00 they knocked on the door and took away all the mattresses and quilts. . . Nothing to say

Although the facilities can feel old, I liked the attention they paid to their customers. The large bath may feel small, but it was enough to enjoy a casual ryokan and hot spring experience. The open-air bath was also nice. Above all, the staff are very friendly!

It was good except that it was a bit far from Noboribetsu Onsen Terminal.
