Just near to the bus terminal. Nice service with in-room dining. Good price. There is a free shuttle from the Tourist Centre (just opposite the hotel). It goes around all the major spots. Very convenient

Very enjoyable stay, room was spacious and clean.
Good number of hot spring pools and onsen water quality.
Dinner was above average (as I had better ones at Kurokawa Onsen), it was nicely presented and the Noboribetsu pork and their sweet wine was especially delicious.
Breakfast was slightly above average, just your usual Japanese western breakfast. Lots of variety and taste was okay.
The lady that served us was nice and helpful. She kindly explained the dishes and how to enjoy it in fluent English.

We had good time there and we enjoyed the hot spring from time to time (with male female switch). The dinner portion a little small, but we were full at the end😄. Breakfast buffet is much better with good choice👍

The outside of the hotel looks old but the room is renovated and clean. The dinner they bring to the room and serve you and the breakfast are good. The inside onsen are ok with five hot spring but I’m disappointed with the outside onsen, which is small without view. In sum up, service and location are good

The room is spacious, its tea table comes with teapot sets and tea!!! Their service is good and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome. Hot spring area is big and comfortable. One thing is the shower room is a bit stinky. Else everything is fine.
