Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to stay and comfortable. Food is nice too. Very short distance walk to the Hell Valley and Bear Park. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing. Everything was fantastic. Even the room so clean and nice. The view was beautiful. It was located right across from the bus centre. Easy to get to the train station from the bus and there’s a free shuttle bus as well to where you want to go innoborisu including hells valley, and to the bear Park they got cool house statue omi peaches at the front of the hotel and in the hotel as well and you get to walk around in a yukata definitely will come again

It was easy to find and the rooms were quite clean. The onsen was perfect and was big. The breakfast selection was complete and view is excellent

The room is nice, we chosose the Ja Japanese style room great view and location, tee were told to come for dinner buffet between 7:00-8:45 pm which was a bit too late, many food was not refill, some were removed look like it was closeting but the breakfast was very good and various. Anyway the service iOS very good and welcome.

Onsen is great, dinner & breakfast buffet also great. Recommended.

Hotel staff were helpful. They have 3 different types of public hot spring makes it a good experience for onsen. Games arcade was nice but a lot of machines were out of order. Best experience was their buffet, plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Overall decent hotel for a night’s stay.

The area is very small, so location wise it's good, though every hotel is in walking distance too. Room was very clean and modern. Zero complaints. Hotel staff were great as they are in most Japanese hotels. Onsen is OK. If you are someone who won't feel comfortable unless things at least feel super clean, you may not be too comfortable. Having said that, it was like most onsen I've been to so it's pretty standard. Only major complaint is that unless you have the buffet, the food is really bad. So be sure to include that in your booking. There aren't many food options on the very small main street, and most of them seemed to close quite early.

Probably the most unpleasant stay during the trip. Stayed here in early Aug 2023. Room had smoke smell, despite being a non-smoking room. No complimentary bottled drinking water was available. Bath room is small. Hotel breakfast variety was good and dining hall is huge.

Perfect location, very close to the bus station and sightseeing points. The room is perfect in cleanliness and comfortable including the half-board. Wide variety of the onsen .

Nice hotel with decent onsen. Very good location ( next to bus terminal ) Walking distance to hell valley. Nice staffs accept that the room is abit small.. All in all, good stay for my family.
