The location is good but not perfect. There is some distance from the bus stop. So if you are traveling with any suitcase, it will be some challenge. The room is great. It has plenty of space and can easily open any size of suitcase. The bed is very soft. We even have a bath tub inside our room. BTW, it also has a free mini bar with some selections of cold soft drinks. The staffs are very friendly. The front desk staff speaks good English. They also help us carry our large to our room. The food is great and very authentic. The onsen is fantastic. Both the bottom one and the top one have very good view. The only thing I am not 100% happy with is the price. If you can book a room from their official website, it will be cheaper. Trip did charge some premium. However, it is very hard to book this hotel during the peak season on their official website . So I can understand that and can’t complain too much about that. But if Trip can match the price, then I will be even more satisfied.

Amazing ryokan. Staff was attentive and most spoke English, which was appreciated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the baths were relaxing. The food was all great. Both breakfast and dinner were among the best meals we had on our Japan trip.

This the the best hot spring hotel. Period. Staff is super friendly and sincere. You can try 4 different types of hot spring water type in this hotel. You will feel really relaxed in this hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back next time.

Hotel crews very friendly and nice. All of them very good in service and professional. The hotel view very nice especially during winter time. Besides that, dinner and breakfast very fantastic and good taste. We love it and enjoyed very much. When you come Noboribetsu and must stay here.

One of the best Ryokan collected ✅ What a heavenly place, luxuriously big and equipped ryokan. Really friendly staff, delicious dinner and breakfast. Will definitely come back to visit again.

Except for the beautiful hot spring, everything else is not very good! 1⃣️ Service: On the surface, they are polite, but in fact, they are very indifferent! 2⃣️ I was robbed of 20,000 yen (5.5.~5.6.) in my room! I can only blame myself for my bad luck. Who told me to put my wallet on the tatami in the room and go to take a bath and eat... When I came back after dinner, the bed was already made. After dinner, no one left the room again, and I found that the money was missing that night! I suspect it was the employee who made the bed, because only 20,000 yen was stolen, not all of it! So, remember to use the safe when you stay at his house in the future, remember! 3⃣️ Meals are eaten in the restaurant. Two dishes are served each time, and tea must be asked for (tea will be served after the meal). The service and meals are completely incomparable to "Gora Flower Bed". One is in heaven and the other is in hell. It's just an Internet celebrity restaurant (all you need to eat is rice). The service couldn't even compare to "Shikotsuko Daiichi Suisantei" the next day, which had great service!

This is my second stay, and I found that the free alcoholic beverage service in the evening is no longer available, and the lounge closes at 10 p.m. Others maintain standards, Staff are polite. The room was very clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have free shuttle service to Sapporo.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, very close to the bus terminal and Jigoku Onsen. Dinner and breakfast are all served by a dedicated person in the small room. But it was very noisy with the sound of pots and pans. The food was average with no surprises, not as delicious as Jozankei Suihwatei. It would be great if there is a JR pick-up service.

I have been to Japan many times. This is the first time I stayed in this traditional Japanese tatami room. The hot spring in the room is great. The room is equipped with a small courtyard. You can enjoy the outdoor hot spring in the snow without leaving the house.

The room is very large. It is the largest room and the most expensive in the entire trip to Japan. I was very lucky. I didn't book in advance. I just found a room and booked it. Because I didn't pay attention when booking, I chose one person to stay. It was actually two people staying, and I paid ➕1k. The service is very good and the environment is very quiet. There is a public swimming pool on the fifth floor and the b2 floor where you can soak in the hot springs. When we went there, there were almost no people. It was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are all one-to-one service. Although there are many dishes, But my Chinese stomach doesn’t like it, so it’s not bad to experience it.

The accommodation is really nice. First of all, the service is good. I left my luggage and checked in after looking around, but they moved my luggage to the room in advance and organized my shoes. Since the entire hotel space is a ryokan, it is comfortable to walk barefoot and it is also clean and well maintained. As I walked around, I never saw a single speck of dust or hair on the floor. The room is very spacious and the view is great. It is a healing view just by looking outside your room. I was also very satisfied with the kaiseki. Dinner was served as a course, and although the taste of the various dishes was new, they were delicious and the portions were sufficient. I recommend beef dishes over abalone shabu shabu. Personally, I think I liked breakfast better than dinner. And the best thing was the outdoor hot spring. It was really nice. I went in the afternoon and morning, and there were no people and I was able to enjoy it leisurely. Bathing in a hot spring with a view of the outdoors is truly like heaven. Be sure to do it at least twice. It was nice to be able to try on the yukata provided by the accommodation. I think I'll go to Noboribetsu just to visit this ryokan again!!
